I was most impressed by how well their staff takes care of this gym which in return the clients do so as well. There is nothing out of order. All the weights are racked. In the week I was visiting, I saw the staff wipe down with polish the lockers, sweeping and mopping the floors, wiping down all equipment, taking out trash, refilling the cleaning wipes, and cleaning the bathrooms. There are two main areas, the weights and cardio machines on one side. There is also a stretching area in the middle and then the powerlifters and crossfit style area on the other side. I went to a class "12 days of Christmas" and it kicked my butt. The instructor was awesome and the class was packed. There are two large fitness rooms upstairs for classes such as spinning and even kickboxing. The ladies locker room is impeccable. I even used their showers one day. They even have a dressing room. Highly recommend! This will be our go to gym when visiting the area.

It's a mini-YMCA, attached to an elementary school, which severely limits the availability of the gymnasium. During school hours, it's closed. During summer camp hours, it's closed. Sad. Three solo unisex bathrooms. a) Two have a shower. b) One is handicapped shower; and, with a flat ground entrance, that floor is always sloppy.

As it turns out, our child was neglected while in their care for an entire year, and rather than the "staff" taking ownership and getting to the bottom of the matter, they chose to ignore me. When they did finally respond (half-assed) it was to deny the entire situation. Placing your child in this "loving environment" is a joke and something I wish we never did. Wanting reimbursement for the severe negligence suffered at their hands was a joke. I am still waiting for them to email me back (I imagine I'll be waiting forever) You would be better off having your child stay alone, as you certainly do not get the care you're promised.

I had to drive 2 hours just to cancel in person. After canceling, they are still attempting to charge me and are adding additional fees. The manager does not respond to emails, which makes the situation even more frustrating. This experience has been extremely disappointing. A business should make the cancellation process clear and accessible, especially for members who relocate. I would not recommend unless you are prepared for a very difficult cancellation process.

If they see you doing something wrong they will correct you so you don't injure yourself. The equipment is modern and the gym never gets overly crowded so there's rarely a wait to use any of the machines. They have a large variety of different things you can use and I'm discovering more and more ways to do exercises nearly every time I go. There is a ton of excellent strength training equipment as well as some cardio equipment. They offer personal training as well as sports performance training if you are an athlete.
