Explained the situation above to Nathan and considered just getting a new garage door opener installed. Nathan gave me pricing and options if we went the route of getting a new door opener. One day later, my garage door didn't open correctly. I called back, the guy told me he "fixed" the wrong issue, it's actually the motor which will cost over $900. They would've applied the $250 to it. Don't believe these guys, they don't know what they are doing! I had another guy come and fix the sensor, he charged me $175, the garage door works perfect!
