I contacted Garage Door Solutions, spoke to Weston (11am). I explained I one of my two torsion springs broke, and asked if they could come out. He said he'd be there this afternoon. Weston and an assistant (didn't catch his name) came out (1:30pm), took a look. One started working on removing the old spring while the other went to get new ones. They weighed the door, replaced the springs, and then tested the door to make sure it was working properly. He made an adjustment, and it was all set. Honestly, it probably took them about 30 minutes to complete which made me very happy. It's amazing watching people work when they know what they're doing. I would recommend using Garage Door Solutions, and I will in the future. Thank you! read more

Weston is absolutely the best. Today he showed up within four hours to fix a garage door that had a broken spring. I use him for my personal residence and all of my rental properties. I no longer shop around.. I used to and when I did he always had the best prices and usually the best availability too. I'd give Garage Door Solutions 6 stars if I could! read more

The spring on my garage door broke on 12/27 with a house full of family in town for the holidays. My landlord contacted Garage Door Solutions and they came by and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. I was given a 2 hour window and they came at the earlier end of the window. I really appreciated this, especially over the holidays. They came on the same day, quickly fixed the problem and billed my landlord directly. I was very happy with their service! Weston was very responsive and quick to give the initial quote. I had some issues deciding on the color of the garage doors and had to change them after initially agreeing and giving a deposit. Weston could not have been nicer and actually was able to install a day after my change request. Installed the doors and hardware, very happy with our new garage doors. We had some additional questions and Weston came out the next day, on a Saturday to resolve them. Very highly recommend Garage Door Solutions. Weston is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Our spring on our garage door broke last night. I researched a few companies this morning and checked lots of reviews. I called Weston at Garage Door Solutions and even though they had a really busy day (at an apt complex) they said they would make it to our house this afternoon. He arrived an hour earlier than his original estimate, but texted me as he said he would to keep in in the loop on actual timing. He gave an estimate on the charges for the new springs over the phone and he was spot on when he came out, evaluated what needed to be done and then proceeded to replace the spring. He didn't attempt to oversell or overcharge. He was prompt, courteous and got right down to business. They were done in about 30 minutes. Can't say enough good about these guys. If you need a garage door serviced, Weston is your guy! read more

On 6/6/14 we had both coils on the garage door repaired. We paid 149.00 total with a 5 year warranty. 8/13/18 one coil broke. They are telling me it is going to cost $180 to replace the coils WITH THE WARRANTY. That is more than originally paid. A new set of coils through this company is $199. This is not a warranty. I called around new coil replacement with lifetime warranty $141. Don't go with Garage Door Solutions!! read more

This is the second time I've used Garage Door Solutions. I noticed my garage door was making a funny noise (but still working) over the weekend. I sent Weston (the awesome owner) a message via his website. On Sunday (yes, Sunday!), he texted me and said he could be out to look at it Monday afternoon. Monday morning the door opened a few inches and stopped. I texted Weston and told him the door would not open. He said he could be here in a couple of hours. He took one look at it and saw that the spring had broken. He had new springs on his truck and had it fixed within thirty minutes. If you have garage door troubles, give this awesome professional a call. He knows his stuff, communicates well and won't leave you sitting around wondering when he'll show up. On a beautiful Saturday morning my wife and I were getting ready to go enjoy the weather. We got in the car and found that the garage door would not open. I pulled the handle on the door to try and open it manually. It would not open. I discovered that the door spring had snapped in half. We were stuck. Both cars in the garage and no way to open the door. I called Wes at Garage Door Solutions. He had done some work for me not long ago on my garage door opener. I phoned him at 10:40am and explained the issue. Wes said he would do his best to get to my house that day but he was very busy. I explained to Wes that my wife and I were looking forward to getting out on such a beautiful day and it was a bummer that we couldn't. I set up an appointment for another day to have him come by. About an hour later, I received a call from Wes and he said he would be at my home by 12:15pm to fix the spring. WOW! Wes was there at 12:15pm and the garage door was working perfectly shortly after he arrived. That is service!!! I would highly recommend Wes and Garage Door Solutions. Wes has great service, quality work, fair prices and empathy for his customers. Thanks again Wes!!! Mark Jackson read more
