We were able to find a space right on the first floor so it was easy driving out and in. There were some construction materials in the garage but other than that, it was well lit. The ticket machines for credit cards had easy to follow to follow instructions, but did not provide receipts.

The train tracks run parallel to the lot and is directly behind the Silver Balls arcade. Definitely is a good choice if visiting downtown Delray Beach.

Upon entry, you press a button to receive a ticket, the gate lifts, and you're in. Parking is available on floors 2 through 5 (possibly 6). There are plenty of spaces, and the garage is two-way, with designated one-way ramps for entering and exiting from the first floor. Each level has clear signage indicating the garage name and floor number, which makes it easy to navigate. One standout feature is how well-lit the garage is. I especially appreciated this when returning to my car after sunset. There is both a stairwell and two elevators for access. Once you reach street level, helpful signage directs you toward nearby restaurants and shops (see photos for reference). When leaving, bring your ticket back to your car and head to the exit on the first floor. Insert your ticket into the machine to pay by card, or pay cash with the attendant. On a Tuesday night, I paid $8.50 for just over two hours, which felt very reasonable.

This cell phone lot is located a little hidden away at the Fort Lauderdale airport but there are a…read morevery decent amount of signs that help you navigate the area before you're able to find it. I for one don't mind having to come here a little bit early and being able to sit here however the parking is very difficult if there are a few bigger cars that stick out because the spots here are very close together and the main little turn around to drive is very small. There have been more times than not that I have been afraid that someone is going to scrape my car while they're driving past me looking for a spot or leaving to pick somebody up. I like that it is under a overpass so it is very shaded and it is very well lit so I am not afraid to sit here and wait whether it is very early in the morning or late at night when no one else is here. It is always clean and there are cameras around so I feel safe as well in that aspect! Definitely loses a star because of how small the place is and there have been a couple times I have had to make big Loops waiting for other cars to leave on busier times!

The other is Ocean Breeze in Martin County. In the 1920's the land that is now Briny Breezes was a strawberry farm owned by lumberman, Ward Miller from Michigan. In 1919 he left Michigan with his wife Agnes and purchased 43 acres on a barrier island he named Shore Acres. On the west side of A1A he raised cattle and turkeys and on the east side was the strawberry farm. During the Great Depression he allowed "tin can tourists," an organization of northern camping and trailering enthusiasts founded at a Tampa, Florida campground in 1919 to use the land for $3 a week. When Miller wanted to retire he sold the land to the campers who pooled their money together to buy $2.500 lots. Briny Breezes was incorporated as a town with its own mayor and post office on March 19, 1963. Today the town is made up of 488 mobile homes. The community center is in a building on State Road A1A along with a pharmacy and the Town Hall is in another building that also has a beauty salon. The town is prized for it's affordable housing right next to the water. It is located on the barrier island that separates the Intracoastal Waterway from the Atlantic Ocean. Half of the homes are on the ocean side of A1A and the others are on land that fronts on the Intracoastal Waterway with a marina and several canals. Through the years the snowbirds have transitioned to a population of year round senior citizen residents. In 2005 the town of Briny Breezes was featured in the movie, In Her Shoes starring Cameron Diaz and Shirley MacLaine. In October of 2005 a developer had agreed to buy the town for 500 million dollars, netting each owner 1 million per lot. Eventually 80 percent of the residents supported selling but the deal fell through in 2007 during negotiations. Today the average asking price of a mobile home in Briny Breezes is $250,000. I love the history of Briny Breezes and the friendly attitude and sense of community you get when you visit. If you stop by Briny Breezes you can enjoy water front dining at Prime Catch, a seafood restaurant with an outdoor deck on the water across the Intracoastal Waterway from Briny Breezes.

The town has a quaint mobile home park steps to the ocean and more mobile homes on the intercoastal side. There are also cute little older homes that I've rented right by the water. Many of the mobile homes owned by northerners. All units are individually owned and their is an HOA. They are painted in white with cute little palm trees outside of each unit. The area is well kept and they even have their own post office/pharmacy. The highlight for me is the clubhouse that is right on the beach with a covered deck equipped with white rocking chairs. Some units rent by the season and a few rent by the month. They average $2,000/month. This area is really worth it in that you are right of off scenic A1A. When I'm up, I stop in for a sandwich at the Seaside Deli and Market. Be prepared for lines and waiting but it's so worth it. I know I'm getting fabulous food every time. The staff are super nice and they offer every beverage possible. My favorites are Boars Head roast beef roast beef and the tuna salad. Gulfstream Park is just a short distance away and the beach is small but really nice. They have life guards, restrooms and showers. I enjoy walking north up past Briny Breezes and back. This is a hidden gem that can easily be missed.

BOOK PARK'N GO AT YOUR OUN RISK!!!…read more My Husband & I just returned from our trip & pickup our car at Park'n go there was damage done to the interior of the car while we where away. The check out employee took pictures of the damage & hand me the managers contact info so he can assist with the claim to repair the damage caused on our absence. We have been parking with park'n go for many years & this is the first time we have an incident. During my follow up phone call Dave Winquist the branch manager exhibited unprofessional conduct when I raised the issue regarding the innterior car damage to my vehicle, the manager was unhelpful and treated the situation inappropriately. As a customer, I expect a standard of professionalism, courtesy, and accountability. The behavior demonstrated by the manager at the Fort Lauderdale facility fell far below those expectations and reflected poorly on the Park 'N Go brand. The issue was not remedy I am still waiting for a response.

The bare bones wash is now $9, up from $8 last year. The results are barely acceptable.
