The website says payment is not required for vehicles parked in the garage before p.m. and can remain in the garage after 4 PM for no additional cost however drivers at exit the garage after 4 PM will be required to pay the five dollar fee upon return. I entered at 2 o'clock and when I pulled up the parking app, it made me pay five dollars . I tried it a few times and then finally gave up. $5 to park your car on a Saturday night in Delray is still pretty good. They either need to change the website or notify the parking app so you won't be charged.

If I lived in South Florida I would be taking the Tri-Rail everywhere because traffic stinks LOL!…read more I traveled to my friend's house the night before, caught a Lyft the next morning to the Boynton Beach Tri-Rail station. I purchased my ticket at the kiosk and borded the next train for the Fort Lauderdale airport. It was roughly a 40-minute ride. Once I got off the train I followed the signs to the airport shuttle on the first floor of the parking garage. Please note, the shuttle bus does not have a shuttle sign on it. If you don't know you better ask somebody which is what I did;) The shuttle bus ride to the Fort Lauderdale airport was about 10 minutes. The signs on the bus indicated Caribbean Airlines was Terminal 4. PLEASE NOTE, they moved to Terminal 1. Imagine my shock and surprise when I get inside the terminal to find out the airline is not there. I was taking an international flight and it was getting pretty close to the 2-hour window of arrival. I ended up catching a cab back to Terminal 1 as it would have taken me too long to walk and the shuttle bus was long gone. The taxi cost roughly $10. I highly recommend this mode of transportation so you don't have to leave your car at the airport and pay the extra expense. But I highly recommend you check the airport website beforehand to verify which terminal hosts your airline.

I recently came to the plaza to dine at the brand new Ah-Beetz New Haven style pizzeria. Parking was plentiful and the plaza looks well maintained but a little dated. Still there is a nice mixture of places to eat and services. These kind of strip malls are very common in this area of Delray Beach. It is pretty much like all the rest.

The Tuesday Morning store is no longer here, and there are several empty business spaces. The shopping center is about 151,800 square feet and it has lot of vehicular traffic passing by about 38,000 cars per day pass by this mall, so the area is busy and there's about 150,000 living within 3 miles of the shopping center. In terms of restaurants, you can find Chili's, Keke's Breakfast Cafe and Miller's Ale House. Lots of parking.

The traffic pattern sends you north and to go south on Congress or East on the exit roads is next to impossible without making uturns. There is a good variety of places to eat and places to shop in this plaza.

Plenty of tourists today waiting for their chance to take that memorable picture. The fifteen foot tall tower is made out of coquina and coral stone. The center lower dome of the tower could hold seven people comfortably.

There is a faded bronze plaque inside the clock tower that gives info about the Palm Beach pier in 1925. Nice pictures here on the beach.

CityPlace is a vibrant space with the Eataly, restaurants and coffee shops to include Starbucks and…read moreretail stores such as Lululemon, H&M, Urban Outfitters, Alo and Sunglass Hut. CityPlace also has an open air area perfect for lounging and listening to live music and entertainment. There is also a water fountain where the kids can cool off on a warm summer day. We didn't get to venture too far and experience all that CityPlace has to offer. I hope to return to visit and indulge in the featured immersive arts and events available.

There are restaurants with live music, shopping in boutique shops, and plenty of parking though it is all paid hourly both close to the beach and close to the tennis facilities. The Ave, is located along side Pineapple Grove and Sundy Village, between I95 and A1A.

The area mimics Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale or Mizner Park in Boca Raton.

I received three parking tickets in the mail which threatened that if I did not make payment, I…read morewould be submitted to a collections agency. A wildly excessive $55 fine for each ticket. Two tickets which happened when my young son got very sick and we had to abruptly leave the premises to take him to the doctor.  I contacted the parking revenue recovery services asking for some leniency due to my situation but was denied. Two of the tickets I actually paid for parking but was slightly off by some time when renewing the time. I never intentionally parked without paying. I have never had such issues with parking before. I don't know what's going on with the parking systems in this garage but I refuse to park here ever again.

Came here to park for the West Palm Beach Improv show we were going to…read more There was plenty of parking and it didn't look sketch. There's some construction going on in front of it and there was a lack of lighting on the outside from that, but inside the garage, it was fine. Parking is 80 minutes free before 10 pm which is cool. The rates are posted on the picture I uploaded. Prices aren't bad. There is a $12 max per day. We paid $9 to be there from 7pm until 10pm-ish. I like that this place is pretty close to the area where all the shopping/ restaurants are. It was about a 2 min walk to the Improv. There's also a Publix nearby, a movie theater, and plenty of restaurants. Keep in mind there is also street parking in that area, I just didn't check out the prices.
