It took quite a while to check out but I was comfortable waiting. The person at the checkout had trouble figuring out how much change to give me, no big deal. I left the store and realized I bought the wrong skirt for my daughter after calling her on FaceTime so I went to exchange it. i was told I couldn't because I didn't have the receipt. I said it was suppose to be emailed to me, but it wasn't sent. The person I was talking to about the return was the same person who sold me the item originally. I told them I was literally here 10 minutes ago and spoke to you. They told me to call customer service because there was nothing they could do and they apologized for not sending the email. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. It's hard to explain the frustration of turning around to exchange an item and receiving no help from staff and management when the mistake was their own fault. They said they were sorry for not sending the receipt, but there was nothing to be done. What kind of business runs things this way? They made no attempt to rectify the situation. I wouldn't ever shop here again.

This particular location always has designer clothing, higher end shoes and a much better grade of products then all the other marshals I've been to. There is an extensive parking lot plenty a room for everyone. The staff is usually happy and pleasant and willing to help. Returns go smoothly at this location. A worker started following him around, saying don't touch that ball, and said " I wanna smack him" to someone else. The worker picked up a toy nerf gun that wasn't in a box, held it in his hands as one would hold a nerf gun and moved it from one area to another while following my son around. Then said "do you want to leave the store" and my son said no and he took the ball from him. My son told me after I drove away, I feel he targeted my son for bouncing a ball and picked up the nerf gun to almost intimidate him. If you are a mom and you think your child is safe browsing around, while you shop, be extra careful of this worker.

She is also very, very good at her job. Based on my style and what I said I was looking for, she picked out the perfect pair of shoes for me! I was told it was the last pair. When I tried to return them at the Prudential Center, the store manager - Despina, after a mere glance coldly confronted me "These were worn". I gasped as this was quite an accusation and absolutely not true. No reasoning worked and the store manager exhibited such a disdain "No Tory Burch store would sale a shoe in this condition" - I left the store feeling humiliated and hurt. Her associate tried to cover for the poor and rude attitude and was apologetic and kind. After calling the store where I purchased the shoes originally, they asked me to send pictures of the shoes and took them back without any trouble. It was quite far of a drive. Prudential Center is a central and significant Tory Burch location. How disappointing to encounter such low level of customer care!

I believe the cashiers name was Chelsea who was very nice, asked me if I wanted to sign up for rewards program which I don't shop here regularly so I denied. She did ask if I wanted a bag but didn't have a small bag and there was a .10 fee. (I thought people stopped doing this but I guess not) so I decided not too since I knew I'd be shopping elsewhere that I'd obtain a bag. Receipt can't be emailed to you if you aren't signed up in program so just got a paper. Plenty of parking.

You might find flower bulbs in one area, seeds in another, and garden tools and supplies in a totally different place. They had everything I like to look for in an OSJL, you just had to walk around the entire store to find things. The survey you're asked at checkout is silly. I was asked if there were 2 or more customers ahead of me at checkout, and you pretty much can't skip this survey. When I replied "No," I was thanked for my positive survey response. That's what they're judging this store on? This stuff aside, it's an OSJL, you'll find what you expect here at the prices you expect.

The aisles were well stocked, the merchandise was reasonably priced, and they had everything I needed. When it came time to check out, it wasn't a nightmare like some other locations. I'm trying to get rid of $1500 in fraud charges and Target is having a hard time understanding this: I don't use my card. It has a balance of $1500+ from someone who used my card. My balance according to me is zero because I DON'T USE MY CARD and they didn't understand what I was talking about and when I asked to speak to someone above them, a supervisor, they said they were the highest. I hung up, came here to vent before contacting others on this.
