It's true there were other places you could find Lucky jeans, but having the store is so much better for a few reasons. Firstly, the selection here is much bigger, and if you're short like me, this matters a lot. They have the whole range of sizes in short length. It really bugs me when I have to buy jeans and then pay for them to shorten them and move the hem up. It's possible to have them look like the jeans you bought, but it's an expensive way of doing things. So I would rather go here and buy jeans in the right length, even though I might pay a little more, it's worth it to buy them and be able to wear them the same day. It actually ends up costing about the same in the end too. Secondly, I love wearing jeans, but I HATE the process of buying them. I can never find the right size and I can never judge how much they are going to grow when I wear them and I end up buying them too big. The salespeople here are so patient and they know what they're doing. They'll look at you, take you to the changing rooms and keep bringing you jeans until you find the right ones. They'll also make sure you buy the right size. It takes all the stress out of buying jeans. I bought some about a year and a half ago and wore them practically every day and they held up really well. I could do with another pair and I'll definitely go back and shop here.

I mean, we have a lot of shorts at home, so we didn't really need any anyways. The clerk was more than helpful and suggested a table of clothes that were currently on sale. This was extremely helpful! The sales clerk working the regester was new, so the transaction took a little bit longer than normal, but she was so nice and very professional, so I really didn't mind at all. This Carters has such great employees! They really made our expirience a good one! **The ONLY problem is that the store is not stroller friendly. She came out with very good summer selections. One of the sales clerks said they were just about to change the line to fall collection. I guess it was a very good timing for us for a better sale. It also had a very good petite section which was one of the reasons my spouse had such a good time. She says she has to come back here whenever we go through I24 east of Nashville, TN. I guess I'll be coming back with her.

I stopped by a few weeks ago looking for some new outfits for the upcoming Music City Rodeo, and let's just say I left with more than a few options. What I loved most was that they carry most of the sizes. A lot of outlet stores can be hit or miss when it comes to sizing, but that wasn't the case here. My only advice is not to go in a rush. Take your time looking through the racks because that's where the best finds are. A little patience can go a long way! Will definitely be back.

They assisted us multiple times with questions and helped other customers to checkout quickly.

I usually get lost in a TJM for a while, and this location is no exception. I get sucked in to each aisle, fumbling through the odd items, shiny things and in some cases, must have kitchen goods. Unlike many other TJM, this store seemed a bit more organized and less chaotic. The shelves were packed with goods, but it wasn't messy. The staff is seen wandering the aisles, so I imagine they are constantly moving and organizing as they go. So, good on them and good for us. With that, service was okay. The associates in the aisle were making rounds for the goods, not so much for customer interaction. Overall, solid TJ Maxx location worth stopping by when at Opry Mills.
