This weekend they are offing 20% off everything. The staff was very friendly and more than happy to answer our questions. The place was packed with people wanting to make their purchases. The store was very organized and well stocked. We were told by an employee that if the store didn't have the right size in stock they would order it for you and also give the 20% this weekend.

The showroom employees have told me that they were unable to get a vest to fit me correctly because my "shoulders were too broad" and I don't "look like the mannequin". This coming from a store that makes "custom suits". I have suits off the rack at other stores that fit better, have higher quality fabric and cost much less. My bill was nearly $1k for a suit I never want to wear because of how bad it looks after multiple fittings with multiple team members at this store. The 6 weeks it takes to get a suit is for the store to send the order overseas to be made, this is what you are paying for. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

You got it now?" as if we were wasting her time. Her dismissive and rude attitude made it very clear she didn't want to help us. I almost called her out then and there because it was so obvious she was being rude on purpose. Instead, we walked out and went to Nordstrom, where we spent quite a bit and were treated with actual luxury customer service. I will never go back to Indochino and am now a loyal Nordstrom customer. One retail worker's arrogance and lack of basic respect cost Indochino not just a sale, but any chance of repeat business.

He has a great way of keeping track of how many items go in by asking if it would "be easier to hand them to him" (from the cart) and takes you and the items to a fitting room. I actually liked that. The cashiers were not the best. The stood there having a personal conversation for two minutes (yes I timed them.). Once their story to each other was finished they were engaging w/customers and good, but I unappreciated (greatly) being ignored and not rung up in a timely manner. Nordstroms policies are slipping. So is their merchandise selections. I just didn't feel there was any value or savings to most of the items that were there today. This is why I probably don't shop there often as I'm usually disappointed.
