All the ingredients were incredibly fresh and had wonderful flavors. I love the concept of slower and healthier foods being served in accessible and easy way, and Big Fig is a great example of that. I had the cider but I did not like it (but to note: I didn't like any ciders in NZ and loved their ginger beers).
