Very glad I ignored that bad review and stopped by for a visit. Amazing store, good selection, great/friendly owner. The first thing you'll notice when you walk in the store is the DVD collection. They have a huge inventory. I'm not a big collector of DVD's so I can't really comment on the prices or selection. However, they have a ton, they are well organized, and I'm sure if you are looking for movies this would be a great place to come. I was really impressed with their collection of Board Games. I've always wanted to try some of the challenging games like The Settlers of Catan (which the store had an entire collection), but have always shied away because of the price (I'd hate to buy a game I know very little about and find out that I don't like them). Next time I'm in the store, I'll ask the owner about them and find out more information. I mainly checked out the store today for their Graphic Novels and Comics. I haven't collected in years and I just wanted to pick up a few good books for their stories. The owner helped me find the Walking Dead comics I wanted and pointed out some books he highly recommended. The store has a wall of "guaranteed" books, in which they'll buy the book back if you don't like them. In addition to that, they offer a buy 10 and get 1 free card. I only glanced quickly at their video games because I was in a hurry and had already spent a good amount of time talking to the owner. I like my games in mint condition with boxes and manuals. Most of the titles seemed to be loose carts (I'm talking about older stuff), so this might not be the best selection for hard-core collectors, but they had a large selection for people just interested in a good game. The best part of the store is the owner. You can always find collectables cheaper online (don't forget online stores don't have overhead like rent), but you come to places like this for the customer service. You can tell Jim loves what he does and is excited to share it with others. There's so much stuff out there to buy that it is really nice to have stores like Jimmyjams for suggestions. Great clean and organized store. I'll be back when I'm in town.

It's not been opened." First of all it's a used store so if it doesn't have the plastic wrap it probably has been used. Second, it has been used because there were scratches on the back, and the case was dented and torn. So I do not like the associates.

They also have PS1 and PS2, Sega Genesis, Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Wii, Xbox, and a bunch of other odds and ends, Magic cards, etc. It's a nerd paradise. They have a few arcade games to play and a table where Magic The Gathering nerds were having a meeting of the minds. We saw a sign above a door way in the back of the shop that said "Game Room," so we took a peek. We were greeted by a guy who looked like he was in his pajamas, and there was a guy passed out on a couch with a hoodie pulled over his face. With the old couches, and some nerdy dudes huddled around a TV playing video games, the only thing that was missing was the bong and snack cakes. It's mom's basement dude!!!
