This is the second time we have had a birthday party with this company and both events have been AMAZING! Two years ago we opted for their video game party (truck wasn't available, my fault for booking super last minute) where they set up in your home and all the kids loved it. This year when I called they had the truck available and it was truly my son's dream come true. The company was totally on the ball about everything, and I mean everything. The hosts were kind and super helpful, the truck was clean and smelled nice (surprising considering how many little boys have likely been in there over the years, lol), and they had every game you could think of and then a few. I really, really like that pricing is reasonable and transparent, it's all laid out on the website so you know exactly what you are getting and there are no unpleasant surprises. I also appreciated it that they asked if there were any games I'd prefer the boys not to play, and then enforced it when some of the boys asked for them anyway. The AC in the truck was not working properly and in 118 degree weather, for a 2hour reservation, was unbearable for the kids. We had to continuously bring them out to cool them down and pour water on their head. Additionally, Chase, who was our "host" was extremely rude and snappy at the kids. More than once he snapped at them when they asked for help. I understand it was not the best conditions, but given the circumstances he should've still tried to make it the best experience possible. We have been given a refund, minus the deposit but would suggest they check their trucks before sending them out to a party and notify their customers of any issues beforehand. Additionally their hosts should be very child friendly, and have plenty of patience. read more

Well, I didn't believe it. When my son requested a game truck I said "Whats that?" And "Why would you and your friends want to do that?" The answer is- because its so fun!! It was a total hit! This is my second time using the Game Truck. This time, it was for my son's 10th Birthday. They all had such a great time in there and Cody was super helpful giving them directions and rules beforehand and also assisting the kids with their games. I even joined in on the fun and played as well. We had 16 people in there and there was PLENTY of room for more people. I didn't book ahead as far as I wanted, so unfortunately I was stuck reserving a later time for his birthday. I definitely recommend reserving a few weeks or more in advance so you can reserve the time you want. They have so many games available. A majority of the kids at our party wanted to play Fortnite, so I'm glad they had that for them to play. I really appreciated Cody asking us ahead of time if there were any children that couldn't play specific games. That really helped me so that I wouldn't have any parents complaining later. A great time for my son's 9th birthday for girls and boys alike! Plenty of game choices inside the game truck. Cody opened up the outside of the truck where there were 2 big screens where he put on "Let's Dance" for the girls (and a couple of the mom's). What a blast! I had no idea game truck offered bubble soccer. So I didn't know what to expect. They came about an hour early to set up. Our party was a night at our neighborhood park where there are no lights. Game truck provided the lights for no extra charge. They had 2 referees that set up and refereed all the games for 1.5 hours. We had 29 boys show up to our party and every single one of them had a blast. The boys kept on sayin "this is amazing!!" We had boys from ages 5 up to 13. I hired Gametruck for the teens at my daughters first birthday party. About halfway through the party their generator had gone down (they bring two) and couldn't get the other started. While i see how this could be bad if it were the main attraction my positive review is in the way they handled it. The Game Coach was visibly upset and quickly got on the phone with the company to figure out quick options. Since the party was short I chose for them to leave at that time. The coach said he would have his manager call me immediately and shortly after he packed up and left i received the phone call. Based upon the situation they did not charge me at all which i felt was more than generous. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days. read more
