These guys are simply amazing!!!! We have used them for numerous birthday party's and they do not disappoint! Always on time , very courteous people and the array of games is simply amazing! They have even gone out of their way to take care of us and they don't even cover any part of the Central Phoenix area . You don't get customer service like that. I highly recommend GameTruck! You will never be disappointed!!!! Mahalo!!!! read more

Our experience was great. Brendan called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was on time and super friendly. Great with the kids and very professional. The game truck was larger than I expected, (in a good way) there was plenty of room for the 13, 9 year olds that attended our party. I was concerned about AC and it was totally fine. Everyone was comfortable. The truck was cool and stayed cool. The boys loved the selection of games. They all had a blast.we would definitely recommend and use their services again. read more

This is the second time we have had a birthday party with this company and both events have been AMAZING! Two years ago we opted for their video game party (truck wasn't available, my fault for booking super last minute) where they set up in your home and all the kids loved it. This year when I called they had the truck available and it was truly my son's dream come true. The company was totally on the ball about everything, and I mean everything. The hosts were kind and super helpful, the truck was clean and smelled nice (surprising considering how many little boys have likely been in there over the years, lol), and they had every game you could think of and then a few. I really, really like that pricing is reasonable and transparent, it's all laid out on the website so you know exactly what you are getting and there are no unpleasant surprises. I also appreciated it that they asked if there were any games I'd prefer the boys not to play, and then enforced it when some of the boys asked for them anyway. All around 10/10, will definitely hire again! read more

The AC in the truck was not working properly and in 118 degree weather, for a 2hour reservation, was unbearable for the kids. We had to continuously bring them out to cool them down and pour water on their head. Additionally, Chase, who was our "host" was extremely rude and snappy at the kids. More than once he snapped at them when they asked for help. I understand it was not the best conditions, but given the circumstances he should've still tried to make it the best experience possible. We have been given a refund, minus the deposit but would suggest they check their trucks before sending them out to a party and notify their customers of any issues beforehand. Additionally their hosts should be very child friendly, and have plenty of patience. read more

Well, I didn't believe it. When my son requested a game truck I said "Whats that?" And "Why would you and your friends want to do that?" The answer is- because its so fun!! It was a total hit! We had a large party and all of the kids fit inside, our game host was fun and knowledgeable, and we adults had 2 solid hours of peace and quiet in the house while the kids were in the truck!! Win-win!! I definitely recommend game truck party and I'll be using them again soon!! read more

We had Alex as our rep and he was fantastic. There were 15 kids and he was patient, funny, friendly, and helpful without being overbearing. The price was reasonable for two hours of play. We knew where ALL the kids were and got to relax the entire time. Would use again!!!! Thanks Alex! read more

This is my second time using the Game Truck. This time, it was for my son's 10th Birthday. They all had such a great time in there and Cody was super helpful giving them directions and rules beforehand and also assisting the kids with their games. I even joined in on the fun and played as well. We had 16 people in there and there was PLENTY of room for more people. I didn't book ahead as far as I wanted, so unfortunately I was stuck reserving a later time for his birthday. I definitely recommend reserving a few weeks or more in advance so you can reserve the time you want. They have so many games available. A majority of the kids at our party wanted to play Fortnite, so I'm glad they had that for them to play. I really appreciated Cody asking us ahead of time if there were any children that couldn't play specific games. That really helped me so that I wouldn't have any parents complaining later. I highly recommend the Game Truck and will continue to keep using them for parties and other events. read more

This was perfect for my son's 9th birthday! The kids had such a great time and Cody helped them with such a great attitude! Thank you so much! read more

A great time for my son's 9th birthday for girls and boys alike! Plenty of game choices inside the game truck. Cody opened up the outside of the truck where there were 2 big screens where he put on "Let's Dance" for the girls (and a couple of the mom's). It was a little spendy for 2 hours of play time but we had a blast. Cody was very courteous. I liked how he explained the game selection to me in the beginning (we decided to take out Mortal Kombat) and left all the others. In the end, a good time for kids and adults! Thanks! read more

We used Game Truck for our Son's 7th birthday party. They were super amazing with communication from start to finish - very helpful with any questions that we had being it was our first time. Cody was our Game Truck instructor - he was truly amazing and very patient - especially when having to deal with a bunch of 7 year old boys. Haha All of the kiddos had the best time ever (even us parents) - we can not stop talking about it. When you want to throw a great party that's so worth it - I highly recommend Game Truck!! read more

What a blast! I had no idea game truck offered bubble soccer. So I didn't know what to expect. They came about an hour early to set up. Our party was a night at our neighborhood park where there are no lights. Game truck provided the lights for no extra charge. They had 2 referees that set up and refereed all the games for 1.5 hours. We had 29 boys show up to our party and every single one of them had a blast. The boys kept on sayin "this is amazing!!" We had boys from ages 5 up to 13. Game truck brought bubble balls of all sizes. Little ones for the little guys up to adult size ones for the parents. The party was flawless. I would highly recommend game truck to anyone! read more

The people at Game Truck never disappoint. We have used them for 2 game truck parties and one laser tag party. They are reliable, dependable and their on-site staff are incredibly helpful and fun to work with. we had issues leading up to the birthday party getting information for a permit at the city park and they went out of their way to help us through the process. Super happy with our experience with a GameTruck Birthday Party! Excellent communication from start to finish. Kids and their friends all had fun! We couldn't have asked for a better party!! Super easy to schedule. We even needed to make an adjustment to the date and it was no problem and they were so responsive over the phone. The truck pulls up and the party is taken care of. They were so friendly and helped switch out games for my son and his friends whenever they wanted to try a different game. I loved having the main party taken care of and out of my hands! Everyone had a blast!! We will be considering the GameTruck for all my boys parties from here on out! read more

My 9 year old son had an awesome birthday party with the Game Truck. I instructed their host to remove adult games and Fortnight, Roblox, and Minecraft since the kids play those games all the time. At first the kids thought that was weird until they realized how many games they had to choose from and it gave them the opportunity to try new games. They loved it. The host was friendly, helpful, and took great care of the kids while they were playing. I definitely recommend Game Truck. read more

What a great experience, I really didn't know what to expect but the game coordinator (sorry forgot his name) was courteous and professional. Assisted the kids playing games and made sure everybody had a good time. All of the kids disappeared for two hours in the truck and never saw them and parents that's a good thing!! Thanks Game Truck, thinking about renting it for my 53 birthday! thanks again! read more

This made our party so great! My son absolutely loved it and his friends did too. They were occupied the entire time and Steve, the game coach, was fantastic. Game Truck bailed our child care center out with an hour notice last Friday when another scheduled vendor did not show up. With low hope of not disappointing our children we called around to area vendors and Game Truck was on site with laser tag within an hour and a half. The children had an outstanding time and we were amazed at their top notch service when we didn't even have a scheduled appointment. Their commitment to helping our school not disappoint when another vendor let us down was outstanding and we will undoubtedly book with them in the future. Exceptional service! read more

This was the way to throw a party! Our 7 year old and his friends said it was the best party ever!!

Rented for sons Bday. They arrived on time and games were appropriate. Everyone had a great time. Only wish we could find a way to cool the van down. I know it's Phoenix in the summer - it was warm. Other than that - great event and host. Would recommend. read more

Awesome experience! I was impressed with the truck and the game selection kept the group of 9 year olds engaged the whole time. The employee in the truck was great the kids and did his best to keep up with all their requests! Two words to describe game truck "Awesome Experience"! They were on time very helpful and I would definitely use Game truck again

Would recommend this for any age! We rented one for my sons surprise 16th birthday party and the kids absolutely loved it! It was much bigger than I expected. Tons of room and even has screens on the side of the truck for people to game outside. Girls were playing just dance on the side. Can't say enough good things about this company. My younger boys are now begging to do it for their birthday! read more

I hired Gametruck for the teens at my daughters first birthday party. About halfway through the party their generator had gone down (they bring two) and couldn't get the other started. While i see how this could be bad if it were the main attraction my positive review is in the way they handled it. The Game Coach was visibly upset and quickly got on the phone with the company to figure out quick options. Since the party was short I chose for them to leave at that time. The coach said he would have his manager call me immediately and shortly after he packed up and left i received the phone call. Based upon the situation they did not charge me at all which i felt was more than generous. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days. read more

My son and his friends had a fabulous time we had a variety of ages and did the VR and the kids had a blast. Thank you so much!

I have been using Game Truck for several years as a reward for students at school when they participate in fundraisers. We have never had any issues with the game coaches, everyone is always very professional. They've always been on time and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them!! read more

45 minutes late for the event. Why show up? Even after they arrived it took them 15 minutes to get set up. The "trailer" could only fit 16 people at a time and they're "certified expert game coaches" didn't really know what they were doing or how to handle the customers using profanities when children were present. Not at all impressed. DO NOT hire. read more
