Super disappointed with our experience. When the guy arrived to setup everything, instead of just connecting to the router, he unplugged it which took about ten minutes to troubleshoot and then get online. When it was finally up and running, we went into the truck and there were only five tv's, not seven and it was incredibly hot inside. The game systems took about 20 minutes to load after we got into the truck and had incredibly high ping which made graphics weird and response time slow. It was also very, very hot inside the truck. I came back inside and turned on our gaming system to see if it was the internet but everything was working fine on our system. The VR system wasn't working for quite some time which made it where only four screens were working. Because it was so hot and limited ability to play, the boys would frequently come back inside. At one point, all ten kids were inside and when I sent one out to see if anyone was in the truck, the guy in there had fallen asleep. From my opinion, this was a huge waste of money. I booked for my daughters 8 year old party. They said they'd arrive 20min early for their set up. They arrived when the kids were supposed to go in and then made the kids stand outside for 20min waiting for the attendant to "clean" not sure why it wouldn't arrive clean. Then several parents messaged me after the party saying how rude the attendant was to the kids which was so embarrassing for me. I emailed the owner who apparently was the attendant and this was the response I got. No accountability no partial refund etc. I would NOT recommend. read more

Amazing experience, 7 TVs, 5 inside and 2 outside for when it's nice outside. It can be hot inside even though it has 2 AC units and 114 outside but with the door closed it's fine. My kids got a professional to handle all their needs and played Fortnite together side by side on 4 TVs. The VR station has beat saber and 4 other vr games. It was also clean and the driver sweeps the entrance in between taking care of the kids. read more

If I could give no stars I would! They cancelled my party 5 days before the party. I paid up front of course and after one week still have not received any refunds. They sent me an email saying I will get my money back, but when I called PayPal they say it could take up to 30 business days. What a joke! Lucky for me I was able to book someone else in time and pay all over again. Don't waste your time or money on this place and just look for something else. read more

Beware with this company. They absolutely ruined my nephews birthday party. Two tv's inside and one tv outside never turned on, not to mention the electricity shorted out for the last 30 min. To pay for a service that doesn't even work is ridiculous. To argue with these people for a discount is ridiculous. To offer 50% when we call to complain and then change to 10% at the time of payment is an outrage. I don't know who handles customer service at this company but they didn't help. Watching my nephew look disappointed and cry at his party is unacceptable. This was supposed to something he remembered forever. All he wanted to do was play his Xbox in his room. I can't believe my sister has to pay for this crap. At the end they only gave my sister 40% off. Should've been free for all the disappointed kids that were here. The trailer says 28 players at one time. We could only have 8. Never again, never will recommend, terrible terrible business practices! read more
