Did find a capacitor that was failing and replaced. Charged for the part only. Used them again to replace the water pressure gauge on our home system. No charge this time as they had an older one on the truck and I told them it was fine to use it (only difference was it wasn't as shiny or expensive as brand new). HPS isn't the cheapest but they are absolutely reliable and the office staff and pros are friendly and professional!

They came out again and this time used a camera to go into the main pipe and found a larger issue (collapsed pipe). We were told it would be up to 72 hours for an estimate. It took over a week to just get an estimate, despite calling multiple times (this was an emergency issue, our pipe had collapsed and our bathrooms kept overflowing with sewage water). In the meantime, we decided to contact another company, Hometown Plumbing. They came to our house within 22 hours, provided an estimate on the spot, and returned Monday morning to complete major work and pipe replacement. Meanwhile, we just heard back from HPS TODAY, over 10 days after the initial issue, and their quote was $6,000 higher than what we paid Hometown Plumbing. We are glad we didn't wait around and found a superior company to get the job done.

I was not happy at all. My refrigerator was not cooling, so I called Isaac. I really felt I was…read moregetting ripped off. First he told me it was the inverter and he came back the next day with a buddy and all of a sudden my compressor "wasn't working". He was going to charge even more and, he let all my refrigerant out and that was another expense. He told me he couldn't find the compressor and that he was going to refund me my Deposit minus $50 for the call out, even though he couldn't fix it and find the part he needed. I don't feel he should've kept the $50 because that was his problem. I got a second opinion and it was a whole different better price and SHE knew exactly what was wrong with it. She changed the inverter, filled the refrigerant, welded and torched some stuff and BAM!! Good as new. There was NOTHING wrong with my compressor. That's another reason why I felt he was ripping me off and taking advantage of the situation. Sorry Isaac, Theresa knew what she was doing. I really don't recommend this place at all, if you do, at least get a second opinion. I was very disappointed in this place.

Eric arrived on-time and stated something is wrong with your sink and it appears it has to be remounted. He stated Daniel does this work for us and is one of our plumbers. Daniel took a look this week and gave me a fair estimate for repairs. In addition to the sink, he found a leak on the cold water side of the faucet. The people here at Can Do are all excellent. Daniel, Eric, and Tyler did their estimates and plumbing work this week and the next day I met Renee and Christian that repaired the dry wall area where repairs were made to fix the water leak. Daniel will fix the sink next week. This team of people are all very personable, and competent. You can tell they like working for this company and they have exceeded my expectations. Thank you Can Do for a job well done! Best, Jeff
