Gametime Plumbing is my family's go to crew for all our plumbing needs. We have called upon them multiple times as we have an old house that requires a lot of upkeep. We called them up the first time to clear a clogged drain and replace our garbage disposal. Alfred took care of both issues quickly and professionally. He explained what the issue was with the garbage disposal in an accesible way and described why he would recommend a replacement rather than a repair. We really appreciated the way he interacted with us. He spoke in a way that was not condescending or overbearing and made us feel very comfortable. We called him up again to replace our water heater which had started to leak. It was very old and needed to be replaced asap! Alfred made sure we knew how to turn off the water to the water heater and assured us he would take care of it for us. Joe and Alfred were taking care of a whole home re-pipe and still made sure to stop by to check out our water heater. The very next day they came and replaced it. They even fixed some existing gas and sediment lines that hadn't been installed correctly. In the days after the installation Alfred texted to check in and make sure everything was working properly. We called Gametime Plumbing again because our shower was constantly leaking water and a few other leaks had popped up. After taking a look at everything Alfred encouraged us to repipe our home because anything he did would be a band aid for the fact that we have old galvanized pipes. We knew this was coming sooner than later and decided to go for it. We received new Aqua Pex lines, a water line to our fridge, and a new main water valve. He also replaced our shower fixtures and kitchen sink fixtures. The team was able to complete the job in two and a half days and made sure we had a working bathroom after the first night. Alfred, Joe, Matt, and Angel took the utmost care in our home. They saved portions of the dry wall to make replacement easier (it also helped keep our curious cats out of the walls ). They wore booties on their feet, swept up debris, and were all around respectful of the space. We highly recommend Gametime Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. We find so much relief in the fact that we have a trusted team we can call for any concern that comes up. Alfred, Joe and the rest of the crew care about a long term relationship with customers which is evident through the care taken with each job. We had water damage in our home due to pin holes in our pipes and we needed them replaced as soon as possible. We called Gametime Plumbing and We were glad we did. Al came out quickly to talk to us and quoted us a reasonable price. We ended up replacing our pipes throughout our home due to the age of our home. Al and his partner Joe did a great job, they were polite, professional and finished the job in a timely matter. We had questions along the way and Al was always available to answer them. We would like to give Joe a big Thank You for having to get up in our attic during some of the hottest days in Bakersfield. Do not use this plumber. We had a pipe rust out and flood our house and had game time plumbing come out to inspect the rest of the pipes. We explained that we lived in an HOA and that they needed to know the condition of the pipes in order to determine if they would repair them. He came and inspected the house and said it was a disaster waiting to happen and the pipes needed to be replaced. He told us he was going to write a report and did not send it. After days we messaged him and he again said he would sent it and did not. We waited for almost 14 days and realized we were not going to recive the report of his inspection and left a review. He immediately responded and said that his "website and email were down" and that he had supposedly sent it. We told him if he was able to provide the report we had no problem ajusting our review to reflect the update. He sent the report and we gave it to our HOA. In the report he stated he had found multiple active leaks and that the pipes all needed to be replaced. The HOA called him to ask him about his report and he lied and told them that he never did an inspection and that he went off of the word of the home owner. As a result he made us look as if we were being dishonest to our HOA. He had no reason to lie and he knew the situation we were in. This is completely unethical behavior and it is extremely sad and immoral. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. Whatever you do please do not use this company. read more

Gametime Plumbing replaced a leaky bar faucet with a new one that I had purchased. Originally, we had planned to just replace the H/C valves and keep the main spout but he alerted me to some issues underneath that could cause future problems so we ended up replacing the spout as well. It was a job that proved to be a pain underneath, but Gametime kept making the necessary adjustments to get it installed nice and new with no more leaks! They also cleaned out 3 of our bathroom sink drains. I appreciate their quick response, communication, honesty and respect of the home. They actually wear shoe coverings in the house.
