Last time we went to Game Time at this location was about 6 years ago. We purchased a $100 access card to share between 2 adults. Why such long absence? The last time we went specific for mini bowling with 2 young adults. We called to ensure they are working. Upon arrival, a sign informed us that it is under maintenance! A major disappointment! There are 100+ games available and there are a few more empty space for additional games. The place is clean, but they allow gamers to drink beer while engage in their game. There were about 5 empty beer mugs on some of machines! Good news, the mini bowling lanes are fully working. We played mini bowling twice! They still have air hockey, basketball, Monopoly, phot booth, Terminator, etc. All machines we tried were in working order! Several groups or families were engaged in competition. That added a vibe to normal quiet time in the afternoon! There is a bar and restaurant inside but we normally only come for the game. The restaurant is quiet and empty during two hours+ visit. I have never been here before. We were starving so the first thing we did was went and ate food. I ordered a burger, a kids pizza and an adult beverage. Total cost 44.76. Then we went to purchase a game card. $25 for 100 credits. That went incredibly fast. But I kept noticing a sign, saying all access and time play - play with your food. Before I went to refill the card, I asked one of the guys that worked there what the play with food was about. He said oh sorry you have to purchase it at the time you eat. Well that would've been awesome. Had I known. Again I've never been here before. The waitress never once asked if we wanted to take advantage to the offer. So here I am reloading a card another $25 for 100 credits. I just spent $44.76 on food and $50 on credits. I could've gotten 45 minutes of timed play for $19.99 and a $20 all access card. But no. It took about 10min to get drinks after we placed our order, which was a bit disappointing but most places are short staffed.... This place was almost empty. When I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Burger I made sure that I told the waiter "no mushrooms". He confirmed. It came out with mushrooms on it. At NO point did the waiter come over to ever ask how our meals were. I decided to push them to the side and ate the burger which actually did come out medium rare as requested. So the reason for the 2 stars mostly comes down to the quality of service. Had the waiter been attentive he would have recognized my meal was incorrect or if he even cared he would have come over to check. Lastly, after dinner we got a points card for the kids to play and the very first thing was attempted to play, skeeball, was broke and never dispensed a ball. I hate to say this will probably be my last time at Gametime Ft. Myers. The $10 Tuesday would be a great deal but you are not allowed to play a majority of the games. The vast majority of games you are allowed to play are in disrepair or missing pieces. When you mention an issue to the staff you are met with an attitude and "wise-remarks". Do not waste your time in bringing your family to this establishment. We went on a Friday night to take our kids to eat and there were no other people eating when we arrived. That didn't stop the understaffed servers from taking 45-50 minutes to make us a quesadilla. We ordered a glass of wine that had a fly in the glass, the plates were dirty with icing on the bottom of the dish from a birthday party the previous night. My two little children grew restless waiting for the game card that went with the meal, all the while the few servers present laughed and joked at the bar amongst themselves, apparently duty free since business was slow. Game Time is a place that adults can go to be kids. This mix of kid and adult friendly arcade in for Myers includes a large arcade area with a separate restaurant and bar. My girlfriend and I go there on a regular basis, We signed up for their rewards club that offers special deals on holidays. But don't worry we can definitely make up for the free credits with food and drink purchases. Our favorite game has to be Kung Fu Panda. We team up and try to conquer the shifu's final challenge. It's tougher than you might think! Game Time also has a mini bowling alley with lanes that are half the size of a regular lane. A kid plays an hour or so, comes to the counter and gets something like 2 colored rubber bands! Plz note we had good service, drinks and 4 out of 6 meals didn't drip of grease. We frequent this location often and each time our service has been average. This just visit on Saturday night was awful. We went for dinner and to watch some football around 7pm on Saturday night. Our server was terrible, she checked on us maybe once every 30 minutes. She also did a lot of drive-bys where she would ask if we were ok and before we could ask for new drinks she would be gone. Thankfully there was football on. Until 8pm.. Then all the TV's turned to UFC fight night. I kindly asked both my server and who I presume is a manager to keep our TV on the football game, as there are literally 30 TVs there. The manager refused, and kept stating "I was told to put all TVs on UFC". The main ticket fights don't start till 11 pm. I understand you paid for each receiver but nowhere in the facility were there any posters or anything to indicate that it was fight night only. You could have warned us initially that only the fights will be shown and we wouldn't have wasted our time or money there to begin with. GameTime is an absolute blast. Fiance and I spent an hour here and my only regret is actually leaving to make a movie showtime. It's been awhile but I'm still very anxious to go back. I can't even remember what movie we left to see but I do remember almost rendering a kid unconscious trying to get the high score on that carnival game. Don't know what it's called... Swing the mallet and hope the puck hits the top? Probably has a shorter, more catchy name. The kids fine. Don't worry. There are tons of games here though, even tiny bowling. All the usuals you would expect. If there's a sport, make it smaller and voila. I didn't recognize any on my visit but if you want to meet aspiring NBA players they will likely be here practicing free throws. Great opportunity to get an autograph before fame. My favorite is that they also have a bar. Perfect for weekend dads. Buy the kids a day pass and get tanked at the bar. If they practice enough on the arcade games the kids can probably get you home safe and then they can tell the ex what a good time they had. You really can't lose. Great fun. We stopped in because our son has a birthday party coming up and since head pinz is ridiculously expensive for what you get we needed to check our options. I like that one side is devoted to games and the other looks like a fun sports bar. Parking is a pain in the --- if you park over by Pinchers it's a short less dangerous walk (students and old people drivers= scary for pedestrians). We think it might work for his kids party. $15 for unlimited games for an hour is a pretty good deal. For all you night owls - Thursday is your night!! $10 for like 4-5 hours unlimited play. I have never left a 1 star review for any company before but I'd leave 0 if could. This was the worst customer service I've experienced in my entire life. Was with a group of friends with an hour and a half left before they closed and everything stopped working. We waited around for 45min for them to not be able to let us spend our tickets or refund us our tokens that where unusable. We spent hundreds of dollars and where only in town for the night. Their response was basically "too bad, come back tomorrow". My friends left but I came back the following day and talked to a manager for 45 minutes only to be told sorry, that's too bad. My girlfriend and I decided to use up the tokens later that night since there was nothing else we could do with them. Machines went out on us countless times, failing to give us the tickets we earn. When this was brought up to management they again said sorry and wouldn't honor anything. Aside from Alex who was a joy, this is an aweful place. Spent several hours dealing with them after their systems went down only for them to refuse to compensate us in any way, not to mention how insanely rude they where. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

WiFi? 1/5, they have it but it barely works and they make you sign and check into Facebook which is 1. A inconvenience for the people without Facebook and 2. They just want people to know you're here. Food and service? 1/5 - every single time I decide to eat at GameTime so I can do the $16.99 dine and play deal, I almost instantly regret it. The service is terrible. Everything is EXTREMELY slow. Come greet us? Nope. They'd rather sit at the bar and chat with coworkers. Refills? Forget it. Just order two to begin with. And the food... if I'm waiting 20-30 minutes for food... I'd hope that it'd actually be worth my money but it never is. The only thing good on the menu is the curly fries. I've tried multiple meals, has multiple servers and it really doesn't change. I live about 5 minutes away so when I get sick of the sun I like to come here. I do think it's funny that I've seen what I believe to be the manager a couple times but I've never seen him interact with a customer. I only come back for the games and it's sad. Because with GameTime's prime location and games for all ages, they have the opportunity to make a lot of money probably and be potentially really busy. But like I said. So today during our visit... I got a pizza. Double pepperoni and onion. My pizza looks more like a cheese and onion pizza. Great place for family fun! Many indoor arcade games, some that even surprised me like the water shooting game from carnivals and the hit the lights game which are great! Tickets are loaded straight up onto your play card. Small place for sure and definitely gets packed with people on the weekends so keep that in mind when visiting. Bathrooms in the side of the place have at least 10 stalls and are clean. Dining area is in a completely separate room so you don't have to hear all the loud games in the next room over. We ordered the Works Burger and the Turkey Wrap with salad, very good quality food loved it! 2-for-1 drinks on beer and wine everyday! I was pleasantly surprised here overall :) read more

The staff is super friendly and helpful. If there's an issue with a game, the game techs Dustin & Leo get on it right away. They'll even crawl into the game for you to retrieve misplaced balls you need to play. (Thanks Alice!) So I was just in Keys Bar and a pool table provided by game time wasn't working so the bartender offered to try to call them for us even though she said it was a long shot. So I dialed off my personal phone and she spoke as the phone was on speaker. A game time employee John I want to say answered the phone she proceeded to ask him about the pool tables and if he knew anything about them. He was rude in answering and said she had to call her people. She then said okay thanks and handed my phone back to me. Even after that she recommended we check our game time since the pool table was out of service and in the mean time John called keys sling for a manager because she "hung up on him" which didn't happen and then he hung up the phone on her when she said that was her on the other end of the phone. That was incredibly unprofessional and rude for someone who was just trying to help her customers out. We won't be visiting game time tonight or ever. I hate to leave a two star review. Gametime itself is amazing, the staff was amazing, games were great. No issues. However the restaurant was very disappointing and incredibly rude. We had 12 people in our party, we were greated with " your gonna have to wait, I've been here all day and I'm clocking out" okay.... Then someone else approached saying it would be 45 min wait, even though there was literally only one table being used and told to come back when our whole party was here. We played games and waited for our party, went back and they expected us to squeeze 12 people at an 8 top, and only gave us 10 chairs. I asked if we could pull the next table over and was told no, I've been in the restaurant environment for a long time so I was thinking like fire hazard can't block the walkway, so I asked if we could spilt and use both tables without moving and he said "unfortunately we can't we only do that for party's that call ahead, we have to save that table for someone else."
