This review is really about s GameStop online order I placed on Cyber Monday for the PS4 Spiderman bundle for $199.00. After waiting until 12:01, I successfully placed my order and received a confirmation email and order number. After 8 days of checking the order status daily and seeing no activity on the order, I attempted to call customer service. The recording said the call volumes were high and asked if I wanted to leave a number for them to call me back. I did. About an hour later they called but, when I answered, they still had me on hold. Thirty minutes later, to the exact minute, they disconnected my call. I decided to go to my local GameStop for help. The employees were super nice and initially tried to be helpful by calling their own customer service number. After the clerk waited unanswered on hold for thirty minutes I asked if I could leave my number so she could call me back. 20 minutes later she called to say that she couldn't do anything about my online order but that the manager would sell me a similar bundle for $100.00 more and give me a $50.00 store card. I said no thank you and hung up. When I got home, my original order number no longer existed and all I got was an error message that no such order ever existed. I have the printed copy of my order that was received and confirmed on November 26 and get it now has been conveniently deleted by Gamestop. My advice to anyone looking to buy gaming equipment is to buy it ANYWHERE but GameStop online. I gave my order and the extra $100.00 I had to pay to Walmart! I will NEVER EVER shop at Gamestop again and I plan to tell as many people as possible about my poor customer experience. read more

Everything is well organized and it's easy to find certain games. The employees are really nice and they greet everyone as soon as they walk in which is a plus, but every time I go in there, it has a weird smell, but overall it's a great place. read more
