We didn't have any penny sleeves or toploaders so I needed to come back. The owner was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The prices for everything was also very competitive and reasonably priced. We were actually a few minutes late to our own party and Michael made sure that our guests were welcomed and could start playing and having fun! The price is extremely fair! He doesn't charge any additional fees to allow us to bring our own food in for the party, which was really nice because most places will. The boys had a good time bouncing back and forth between the VR and the other PlayStation games. It was perfect place for our celebration and we highly recommend it. It's also a great place for drop in while you're doing shopping at the mall if you have older kids!

They will take the time to patiently explain the deals they currently have, what they don't have and have in stock, and suggestions on how you can get your game/cards/items as soon as possible. I've never encountered mediocre service at this store. It's always been above average to exceptional. The prices can be ok to great depending on what promotions they have going on, but luckily a dedicated staff member will help you get what you want or want adjacent at a reasonable price!
