This is the first store that I've ever been banned from after making a purchase because the owner…read morehad a years old personal issue with me that everyone but him had forgotten about. The funny thing is he was more than accommodating when I was spending money and looking at inventory as I'm known to spend large sums on TCG's. Then after what I thought was a pleasant transaction I was asked to leave. When I asked why it was because he wanted me to and I was not allowed to return. Now I even reached out via social media to try and fix things and it was to no avail. The store had a very musty smell and apparently it still does. I've been informed by various patrons of the store that the owner has lashed out at them or even accused them of theft with no proof. This has always been characteristics of the owner so that does not surprise me. What is most surprising is that this became a refuge for people who didn't like other shops and he's apparently driven most of them off. Keep in mind this is not a normal shop, it tries to cater to a very wide variety of people and genres and all that has done is made others feel unwelcome. With the owner continuing to be irrational and throw accusations around I'm amazed that no one has filed legal action against him. I'm even more amazed that the shop is still open when the clientele are treated like they are. Every shop has favorites for sure and there are plenty that will fall on their swords for this shop as well but the truth is it's just not up to par. I ask you sir, to be a better person to your next customers as well as your current ones because you obviously have not been doing what a true owner should be doing.

The reward redemption is not difficult, but a refund request is not easy. The delivery quick, but the driver often leave the order to different suites. The most inconvenient thing is, nearby Post Offices are not very cooperative to make an account to use PO box. While not in Tulsa, I like to use a PO box to manage newly printed purchase orders. I understand downloading from Office Depot online account is more convenient, but as we use AI more than ever, it sometimes gets locked probably for security purposes. To work with my accountant, If printed purchase orders can be delivered to nearby PO box, that is helpful. I know UPS can provide Mailbox too, but as it does not deliver Office Depot's order, I am wondering why not Office Depot cannot provide Private Mail Box services to their buyers.

We have never done any business with Assist Wireless or visited the store before. The clerk seemed disturbed or maybe high or intoxicated and accused us of committing, some sort of fraud. Our organization assists the needy and homeless, and we were inquiring about this particular individual in order to get his phone activated and purchase him a phone since the clerk was familiar with the homeless individual, but he refused to allow us to help the homeless individual and told us to leave the store. It seems that he had something against us, and we were nothing but polite and professional toward him. We hope that the corporate office would remove this disturbed and inappropriate individual who refused to give us his agent number and is not a safe person to do any type of business with. We have informed the police and corporate headquarters of his false accusations and inappropriate and violent treatment toward us. We do not recommend this business to anyone, as an investigation will be initiated by both police and corporate headquarters.
