An update to my previous review! Why? Well, because the customer service today was above and beyond, and that is so rare, this place deserves 5 stars. I have been on a search for a specific Pop vinyl Batman character for almost a year. One of the employees, (I did not catch his name, but I need to find out to give him credit) asked me what I was looking for. He searched their database and found it at a different store and asked them to hold it for me to pick up. I visited on 4/13 around 3pm. The workers here are great. As we walked in, my wife and I noticed that out of the 10 people in the store, only 2 were wearing masks, the two that went in as we were parking. Not even the employees who seemed to be counting DVD cases as another customer stood at the opposite end waiting to checkout. Employees at the other locations have been wearing masks. read more

As I went in on Saturday to potentially trade in some old movies and games, I was astonished at the poor customer service I received. Rian's tone of voice was so condescending and felt like I was talking to a drill instructor in a bad mood. Co-worker Sean was nearby and seemed oblivious to her poor professionalism. Logan on the other hand seemed to pick up on the fact she was being rude. I left without trading my stuff in although they wanted 95% of what I brought. I am a longtime customer, and this is the worst experience I have had there by far. Disappointing. read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dropped off a box of DVDs and cds. I waited in the store for them to purchase my cds and DVDs. I was told it will be a while so I could leave and come back within 48 hours. Later I was called and told I had dead bug in the box so they couldn't take them. During that call I was told I had 24 hours to pick them up. I just received a call at 9:30pm telling me my DVDs and cds were going to be thrown away. I have 4 kids in bed and can't pick them up on such short notice that late. The manager Cory store 5 in Broken Arrow ,Oklahoma was extremely rude and short with me. I was shocked that a manager would be so disrespectful and condescending. If you could be that rude to customers I'm sure he/she is equally as rude to employees. I have been to Vintage stock in Tulsa Hills and they are so helpful and friendly. read more

They have an excellent selection of EVERYTHING cool! They have CD's and used to be one of the few places in town you could still buy cassette tapes (hey somebody gets an eight track and some old creedence clearwater revival 8 track tapes and I'll be in heaven). They allow for tournaments on the weekends for the kids to play yugioh and I think that is really nice. The store was clean and organized and if you can't find it, ask them cause chances are they can find it! They carry just about every old CD of really good music you can imagine! Its a great place to christmas shop! read more

Vintage stock as a franchise is absolutely terrible, at this franchise, not this particular store for some of these mind you, I have been sold a game they didn't have, heard threats from some of the associates, and at this store I have been gossiped about by associates, even witnessing them pointing at me, the associates have been extremely rude to me, refused to allow my boyfriend and I to return items, because it was "company policy" though I read the policy and it was not, I have been given dirty looks, I have even called corporate to report this, and nothing was done, so in short, if anyone considers going to Vintage stock? This Vintage Stock has inadequate customer service. The employees behind the counter are rude and dismissive and some of them look like they definitely need to run a comb through their hair, isn't a vital part of customer service presentation and cleanliness? Their prices are in fact, not competitive and their selection is very limited, despite being an average sized store. The numerous times we have brought in merchandise to sell, we have gone through the scrutinization process necessary for re sell stores, and they have pointed out flaws that are not pertinent to the conditions necessary for re sell, such as scratches on the top of the disc, or refusing to buy a collection of movies because one or two were not in the box. I noticed that over time, vintage stock started giving less and less, which is the main reason I avoided going to gamestop, because of how little they offered for games and now it seems that vintage stock is doing the same. In addition, perusing through their stock, there is a lot of low quality and merchandise that seems that it has a lot of wear and tear. We also would bring games that are current and recent and they would refuse to take them, which doesn't necessarily make sense. Overall, not impressed. read more

Vintage Stock was my "go to" place for gaming, comics, and other stuff. But through the recent years their customer service plummeted down servely. I went in on free comic book day and they first tell me "it's buy one get one free on ALL the comics" then after picking out 20 comics, I went to the register to pay and then they tell me " oh actually it's not buy one get one on the new ones only the used we read it wrong" so I go to put some back since I didn't know which my sister already had and they tell me "oh but you can always buy them and return the ones she already has" I told them even with the policy that says no and they told me yes. So I buy the $60 worth of comics and return the next day with the ones my sister already had and they tell me "oh don't return comics" and I pointed out that the day before they told me I could if I bought them and my sister had them. Then they tell me they don't "recall" saying that, so I showed them the receipt on where they wrote I could and they still wouldn't accept it. So I then try to sell them back no they were only going to give me $.14 for all of the 18 comics. And to the point I got really frustrated and pissed that I had yet again fallen for their little rip off game since last month. They have sold me broken games and not let me return them or exchange them, same with consoles. I've given them the rarest of the rare games, comic and figures and they only offer $5 if any because of "wear" even though they're in mint condition not even a scratch on them and I go the next day and they have it on sale for 100s of dollars. The employees are horrible asses that only care but making money and lying and ripping off customers. I will NEVER set foot at any Vintage Stock EVER again and wil not recommend them to anyone EVER again. They have treated me, my family and friends like crap these past few years and they don't deserve our money or your money.y read more

I am a frequent shopper of this store. It's where I buy a solid 60% of my vinyl records therefore I went in there on Record Store Day in the hopes of snagging some special releases and I was thrilled to find they were having a buy 2 get 1 free sale, but here's the catch, that sale only applied to used records and CD's....there were literally none of those left. I spoke to an employee and he kindly offered to see what he could do, he spoke to his manager who said that they cannot give me any discount at all on new records. I asked to speak directly to the manager who was very rude and seemed extremely uninterested in my, the customers question. He refused to give me a deal and said "there are plenty of Cd's to choose from". I wasn't there for CD's. It's RECORD STORE DAY not CD STORE DAY. I was extremely disappointed and walked out empty handed and the manager seemed to not care one bit. Needless to say, I sadly will not be returning to this vintage stock. I may have been more understanding had the manager not been rude and has a lack of concern for losing a fairly frequent customer. read more
