I'm assuming the owner, was extremely rude, talking down on what I brought, the typical Buy/Sell/Trade rip off language. He wanted to buy it as a collection and I told him I wasn't interested to sell but wanted to trade. He low balled on everything. I was willing to do a trade but when he couldn't find anything he wanted for the last $2, and I was like what about these 3 GBA games (worth $25 combined) he opened a draw full being like I already have a lot, alrighty. This dude doesn't care about the clients. He cares more to enrich from ignorant gamers, there was zero customer service tact. It was all about this isn't good so I'm going to give you nothing for it. I was going to be a long life client however I took everything and left. I'm never coming back here. Go here if you want to get ripped off. Honestly. Sell your games on FB marketplace don't let this fool profit from you when he claims the trade I wanted wasn't worth it. When I was clearly trading $80 worth of games for $25 game. The reason I'm trying to call them I was just in there over an hour and a half ago less than 2 hours made an $82 purchase of very few groceries didn't get home with my pre-sliced watermelon that we were having with our dinner of grilled hot dogs for my granddaughter and myself. I cannot get them to answer a phone so I can confirm that I left it there because it is on my receipt! I have checked my vehicle and everywhere in my path and I cannot find my watermelon anywhere! So now after dinner because she has already had her shot because she's in insulin dependent type 1 for her hot dog chips and watermelon so after dinner we will have to drive back to Warehouse market and pick up a watermelon and hopefully I don't have to purchase it again..

One of the employees, (I did not catch his name, but I need to find out to give him credit) asked me what I was looking for. He searched their database and found it at a different store and asked them to hold it for me to pick up. I visited on 4/13 around 3pm. The workers here are great. I stop in here and let the workers know what I need, and they are always very courteous and helpful. They don't nerd shame you or talk down to you if you don't know something. I have seen them help all types of customers from hardcore gamers to the clueless parents that just want to buy a gift for their kiddos. They have a great selection of games for all systems. They sale brand spanking new games as well as guaranteed, used games. They also have a decent selection of POP figures and other random, fun action figures and pop culture items. The service is always very upbeat and friendly. I would recommend this Game Stop location over the nearby Vintage Stock or other competitors. Stop in and check them out!
