My fiancé and I love this location. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We went in right before close the other night to pick up a new game and we didn't feel rushed or unwanted even though it was 15 minutes to close. We're lucky to have such a great store close to our house. They also explained the power up rewards programs in a way that wasn't pushy and we did end up signing up for the higher level program. read more

I called over and over being put on hold over and over again . So I hoped in my car and drove while still on the phone . Got there and no customers in the store . I'm sitting on my car on hold so I hang up and call again from a parking spot in front of the store to see maybe I'm calling the wrong store. I see them pick up the phone I hear them on my phone ask me to hold. Walked in and asked why I keep getting put on hold and got some bs excuse about helping another person on the phone .2 employees. read more

I wanted to get my little autistic brother his favorite game, black ops 2, so I called and asked if they had it and they said they had it for 10 dollars so I drove 45 minutes and when I came in and they said there was a misunderstanding and they don't have it but they gave us another store to go to and they said they had it for 10 dollars so I drive another 20 minutes when I get there they had it for 25 but I only had enough to pay 10 so I felt so bad for my brother his whole birthday was ruined all because of the ignorance of employees one with short brown hair and one with long pink hair. If I was the manager I would fire both of them and hire back people that can get the job done, Thankyou for wasting 2 hours of my life and wrecking my little brothers birthday. read more

Man, there are some scary looking customers in here. But, service is totally awesome, all the time. Customers: there's a thing called Vitamin D that you need to process for major metabolic functions of life. Inconveniently, it does not come from your computer or TV screen. That's the bad news. The good news is that, conveniently, it comes from the sun and you typically only need about 15 minutes a day to ward off depression, glow-in-the-dark skin, and those dark, scary rings underneath your eyes. People of Gamestop: thanks for making the day after Christmass less traumatic after discovering that the "new" Wii Rock Band bundle I purchased out of state was actually used. After that major effing meltdown on Christmas, it was nice to see my nephew so freaking happy. If you must know, we played for like 37 hours straight. We didn't wear diapers or anything like that, but I will now try to be nicer to my Vitamin D deficient friends in line at Gamestop. read more

Went in for a "game" for my Granddaughters birthday present. They were very helpful, professional and seemed to have everything!

My boyfriend and I decided we wanted to have a nostalgic night and play Rockband. It was 8:30 at night and we weren't sure what time the store closes. So I called and asked if they had Rockband for Xbox and the girl who answered placed me on hold to go check. After being on hold for 6 minutes, we hung up and drove over to the store. We walked in and asked if they had it and one of the employees said "you're not going to find that here!" With the most condescending tone. It took the girl at he register less than 10 seconds to look up that it wasn't in the store and the man who made us feel like idiots proceeded to tell us that it hasn't been made for years and we won't find the instruments anywhere. The one employee with really long hair was nice enough to suggest looking at the flea market (he wasn't being a jerk, he said we'd probably have really good luck there so I appreciated it.) It's nice to know that the girl kept me on hold simply waiting for me to hang up and when we walked into the store there was NO ONE inside. read more
