My son had a gift card to use so we came here today (Sunday afternoon). This store is located in a…read moresmall strip mall with adequate parking if things aren't too busy. Luckily, on a Sunday afternoon, the parking was plentiful. My son just wanted to purchase a PlayStation gift card which was available at the register. When we walked up to the counter, we were advised all their systems were down. We waited about 10-15 minutes while they waited for everything to come back up. They kindly called us over once they were all set. We had three games we wanted to trade in. We were unable to trade in The Show 17 (MLB game). The other two were good to go so we used that credit and the gift card to make our purchase. The employees we conversed with were very pleasant and helpful. The store was clean and tidy... makes for a nice shopping experience.

Game Stop will not accept the return. I escalated the issue to store manager and customer service and was denied the return. DO NOT BUY FROM GAME STOP BEFORE CHECKING THEIR RETURN POLICY.
