And I say this understanding that she is a cashier at video game store & would probably be doing something else were she capable. When you have zero personality & customer service skills, at least try & fake it. Line was forming, and she would not ring up anyone until another person working there was finished "buffering." She was extremely annoyed when I asked if she was able to ring anyone up while the other employee was buffering. She snapped "well if I do, I would help the person in front of you." Well I would hope so, thats how lines work, next in line. This employee obviously could care less if she worked there, was not interested in selling the store's merchandise and she has undoubtedly cost the business money in the past with her terrible attitude and customer service. Look elsewhere until this person gets fired.

Customer service on a Saturday late afternoon was pleasant. The hubby purchased 3 games and a sticker book of 1,000 food stickers for me. I make greeting cards. The food stickers are perfect for the ones I will will make for the Yelp friends that I correspond w/regularly. Overall, this is a very nice table top games store in downtown Boise. 4 stars!

We've been renting dvd's and blu-ray discs from Sunset for over two years, on a fairly regular basis. They have a pretty good selection, their staff is usually helpful, and we've only rarely had a scratch problem with a disc. There was one time where it seemed we got several "bad" discs in a row, but it turned out our player was going bad. Not Sunset's fault. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that it is sometimes a bit dingy inside, and occasionally there's a bored teenage clerk there who is not all that helpful or friendly. I will keep going back, and support this local business.
