Rare stuff you might get $1. They preach a business model of "paying top dollar" but let me tell you, that is a lie. If you confront them on social media, don't worry, they will just delete the comments and block you instead of explaining their practices. I literally saw a blank VHS tape in the infamous glass case for $8. Ridiculous. Save your money and go to Preplayed in green bay. They will be straight up and honest with you. If you're looking to buy, go to Half Price Books in Appleton as well. Won't be going back to this store. What a let down.

Not one but TWO team members readily available to assist from the younger kids (5-7) to my son and his friends (10-13). We ALL had an incredible time. We generally do nice size parties for our kids and I have to say this was probably the most at ease I've ever been - and with home court advantage to boot!! Excellent experience across the board - I'd HIGHLY recommend and will definitely book again!!!! Huge thank you to the MXG team for making my sons party one to forever remember!

I bring every electronic here for repairs. I have so many instances where the owner goes above and beyond to make a customer happy. I wish everyone ran businesses like this. I purposefully shop here rather than any other store first. What can I say, this store will never screw you over. I bought an Xbox 360, had some issues with it. I brought it back to them, and they realized that the person who traded it in had actually given them a broken system. The happily replaced our system and threw in an awesome game for free for our trouble. We weren't even upset, but that's how the owner is. Customer satisfaction.

The "midnight" release parties are always great and never that crowded so you can get in and back home to playing even if you show up right before release which is typically done at 9PM now. Prices all over the board from dirt cheap to still pricey. Don't expect great deals on new releases unless you are a member of their club. Usually the higher tier members save a lot, get freebies and so on. But that's only if you are an extreme gamer buying and playing games all week long. I've always found plenty of deals for PS3 and Xbox One games. I find this location to be quite large, its 3-4 times larger than the location in the Appleton mall. Selection is great. Service is pretty good and many of the employee's play plenty of the games they sell. Which you would hope so considering they work there. They can offer advice and input, feedback from different perspectives for games. They often run sales and are big with first day release games, those days the place is busy. They do push their gamers rewards program a lot, i go maybe twice a year as i'm a casual gamer. But every time I go we get into this long process of them pushing and trying to convince me to sign up and me saying i'd spend more money and time trying to be a rewards member and not make use of it and it wouldn't benefit me. Then they'll continue to try convince me. No..no..and no. Not interested. I realize you have to ask, but ask once, maybe twice and leave it at that. Lost a star for that.
