I worked out a great deal with Darrell. The company emailed me the price which was not what Darrell and I had discussed. I replied to the email and never heard back. I text him and never heard back. Finally I called him and he assured me the price would be what we discussed. In party day I got a text about 30 minutes before they would be late to the party because they were having generator issues. Ok, no problem, I understand machines can break, so I said what time do you think you will be here? I do have to entertain kids at a party after all. Once again no response. Finally I hear back they aren't going to make it because they got a new generator but the driver of the van left with the keys. I'm not sure who runs this company, but I'd guess no one is really "running" it. They offered to make it up to me some how, but after asking a way for them to do that, no response again. Sat on an invoice for months before sending to me. Claimed to have promptly sent the invoice…read more Nonsense -- she waited nearly 8 months before sending. Invoices to lawyers for court reporting services are simply passed through to the clients for payment. I would have absolutely no reason to ignore an invoice that my client would happily pay promptly and in full upon presentment of the same. The problem is that when a vendor sits on an invoice for months and the case is closed out, it is awfully difficult to go back to the client who thinks he is all paid up and tell him that he owes several hundreds of dollars more. That means that the lawyers will have to eat the costs which is exactly what I had to do here and to the tune of $500. Never again will I use this court reporting service.

I was looking for a used PS4 game, and wanted to confirm they had one copy left, from what the Gamestop website showed. Only location in town to have it, apparently. Called several times...phone just rings and rings. Was able to call Collectible Cards and Games and they had two copies left, but $5 more than Gamestop. I went and bought it anyway because I can't trust this location. Lesson: answer your phones. You might lose out on a sale if you don't.

My best friend took me to this location when I ran out of stuff to read and I really liked this store. It was very clean neat and organized, and I love that the buying counter was on the front instead of way in the back like most stores I've been to. I almost left without buying anything but at the last minute ended up buying three books from the Little House On The Prairie series and a really cute Van Gogh bookmark. Total for all of that was only around $17. Such a bargain! The associate who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable.
