They have probably some of the best staff out there for each department. They have always been helpful, nice and useful and I have never been really lead a stray by them. I visit very frequently and tend to spend a lot of money at Hobby Town they are great employees as well as people I value as friends I was never treated poorly when starting to know them, or knowing them now. I think the Owner has done a great job with his store and the selection of people he has on his Hobby Town Team! They have a very great selection of Model Kits, R/C Cars, R/C Planes, War Hammer, Paint, 3D print items, Train supplies. If they don't have what you are looking for they will gladly order for you and it comes in no time (if the item you want is being produced at the time). The value of items are typically fair and I've never seen anything that id say is really over priced. The owner also tends to price match if you ask. They also tend to run a lot of deals like 10% off of Gundam or Warhammer items if you come on select days and they run coupons pretty often especially around the holidays. This is defiantly THE best retail experience I've had through out my life and going back to the store to see the staff and selection is always a delight.

The aisles weren't filled with boxes of unopened items and the staff were way more approachable and friendly. I really like going to the dollar store to find items for the parties and events that I organize. You can find a lot of simple party and kitchen supplies for well....a dollar! There's also a small grocery section, which I don't really pay attention to. If you need some snacks or condiments for a party, that would be worth looking at. Don't expect everything in the world at a Dollar Store, but you should be able to expect some customer service and would rather drive a little farther to this location than the East side one.

I signed up for a synchrony credit card through fleet farm because of a promotion they were doing. First off, they did not make it known that this CC was only good in fleet farm stores. But prior to finding that out I enrolled in auto payments, and received email confirmation that I was enrolled in autopay. When the first bill came due they did not autopay it and then peppered me with late fees and interest. I signed in and manually made a payment from my bank account(the bank account was attached to my account already from the autopay enrollment), and then the next month I received another interest bill, despite my bills being paid and account closed. I sat on hold for 40 minutes just to talk to someone that barely speaks English of course, and asked them why I keep getting bills and they said it's because the interest doesn't apply until the following bill...ok, understandable I guess. But I also questioned them on why my autopay didn't go through and they said my bank account info was entered wrong. Now remember, I manually made the payment using that same bank account that's attached to my card, so I obviously did not enter it wrong. Fleet farm should be ashamed to partner with a credit card company like Synchrony. Synchrony bank's business moto is clearly to scam people. that's not just my opinion, Better business bureau reviews confirm that, and has a 1 star average. Unfortunately I was not wise enough to check BBB beforehand.

The quality of the product is just so much better, and you get more wear out of your clothing. The staff in the store is super friendly, and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my visit, even pulling things out of the back room that weren't on the floor yet for me to buy. They went above and beyond to make my experience amazing, and it really showed.

I wrote a respectful and descriptive email to them and they WILL NOT reply to me! I even wrote a follow up email to ensure my first email was received and nothing. I copied and pasted the email address from the Google reply, so I know I have the correct address. They have left the same scripted response to almost every negative Google review, so I assume it's just for publicity and not because they care to work through their store issues and listen to their customers. What a farce of a business. I recommend everyone to avoid this T-Mobile store. They will lie to you and make false promises.
