I asked if they carried a particular product that they use to carry. Her answer was "No" nothing more, nothing less! I asked where the restroom was, her answer "it's over there" with a wave of her hand. Another time I was in line for the checkout - the line was so long and barely moving (there was at least 10-15 people in line. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. I didn't have an hour to waste standing in a line. I have not had a good experience yet in this store!!!

The store is nice and clean, tidy, with friendly and helpful staff. The selection is huge and satisfying. Shopping is easy because of the orderly fashion in which the reading materials are kept. There are ALWAYS sales /deals somewhere in the store which makes the experience fun. The fact that you can get a delicious, made to order coffee is a definite bonus and a huge draw for us.
