I've seen lots of diversity in the participants of the events, and the players at the shop are generally very interested in just enjoying their time and ensuring everyone else does too. The Game Master crew (Justin, Christian, Lilly) are all very friendly and helpful. My one complaint is that you can't easily find what's in stock without asking directly (to which they're very responsive - in person, over the phone, or on their discord). I'd love to see a better on-line inventory; but I understand the overhead that causes and will forgive em for it :)

In party day I got a text about 30 minutes before they would be late to the party because they were having generator issues. Ok, no problem, I understand machines can break, so I said what time do you think you will be here? I do have to entertain kids at a party after all. Once again no response. Finally I hear back they aren't going to make it because they got a new generator but the driver of the van left with the keys. I'm not sure who runs this company, but I'd guess no one is really "running" it. They offered to make it up to me some how, but after asking a way for them to do that, no response again. Thank goodness I never paid anything upfront!
