Madness does carry some vintage Star Wars figures from the '70s/'80s but it really shines with the franchise toy lines that have come after that heyday, with deep inventory in the sequel trilogy figures, Power of the Force, post-prequel movie and streaming show figures, and the Retro Collection. This is also the place if you love the Pop! Funko figures (which I do not in the least) as Madness has definitely gone all in on the craze. I found the staff to be helpful with my questions during my visit and they gave me space to think about some items I was mulling over. I ran most of my collection through the collector app and the value was about $2500. I also brought some modern stuff in that wasnt even included in that collector appraisal. I was expecting to get a low offer because a lot of it was junk wax. But there was definitely some things of value in the collection. THEY OFFERED ME $15. Its worth more than $15 even if you used it as firestarters not 50% not 25%. not even 10%....... FIFTEEN DOLLARS There were many cards in the collection worth $40, $20, $10, $5 etc and even modern Macklin Celebrini cards worth like $20 a pop. Stuff with verified sales on ebay because i know collector can be off sometimes. They were either too lazy to go through the collection and price everything out or they were trying to make a massive profit off of me thinking I dont know what its worth. I understand that its a ton of work to sell lower value cards but just say you dont want to look at the collection before you make me waste my time driving an hour out to the shop. Not a trustworthy shop and would recommend literally any other store.
