They over price everything and cater to people with special needs instead of keeping tournament structure fair. The place smells like people legit do not take a shower i had to step outside upon barely entering the establishment to catch my breath. There was crumbs and dirt everywhere and the employees sat behind the counter doing nothing about it. People would cuss and say the N word and being of african american descent, It would honestly the most disrespectful thing to have the workers not do anything about it. I would not come back here or take my kids here again after they tried to rip my kids off. I understand charging full market price for goods, but to go higher than even TCGPlayer, that is a spit in the face.

I hope ownership takes notice but if this is how they treat high end clients I can't imagine they will be in business long. These shoos are popping up all over and are a dime a dozen. It truly comes down to customer service and this establishment fails when it comes to that. I will never be back.

I've recently gotten back into my action figure/adult collectible hobby and stopped in Madness…read moreGames and Comics on a friend's recommendation. Although it does not carry what I'm specifically interested in, if you like to play board games in a relaxed social atmosphere and pick up more modern-day collectibles, this might be the place for you. Madness has a wide variety of collector card sets, board games, and also modern action figure lines, with Star Wars and G.I. Joe as large focal points. Madness does carry some vintage Star Wars figures from the '70s/'80s but it really shines with the franchise toy lines that have come after that heyday, with deep inventory in the sequel trilogy figures, Power of the Force, post-prequel movie and streaming show figures, and the Retro Collection. This is also the place if you love the Pop! Funko figures (which I do not in the least) as Madness has definitely gone all in on the craze. I found the staff to be helpful with my questions during my visit and they gave me space to think about some items I was mulling over. Although I probably won't be a frequent visitor, I appreciate the unique offerings Madness brings, especially in creating community.

DONT COME HERE I…read morebrought my sports collection here to have them take a look at it and see what they would offer. I ran most of my collection through the collector app and the value was about $2500. I also brought some modern stuff in that wasnt even included in that collector appraisal. I was expecting to get a low offer because a lot of it was junk wax. But there was definitely some things of value in the collection. THEY OFFERED ME $15. Its worth more than $15 even if you used it as firestarters not 50% not 25%. not even 10%....... FIFTEEN DOLLARS There were many cards in the collection worth $40, $20, $10, $5 etc and even modern Macklin Celebrini cards worth like $20 a pop. Stuff with verified sales on ebay because i know collector can be off sometimes. They were either too lazy to go through the collection and price everything out or they were trying to make a massive profit off of me thinking I dont know what its worth. I understand that its a ton of work to sell lower value cards but just say you dont want to look at the collection before you make me waste my time driving an hour out to the shop. Not a trustworthy shop and would recommend literally any other store.
