Although we purchased our new I phones at a different location, they are the local store who has helped us through any technical difficulties. On at least two occasions, they have helped diagnose performance issues and help correct them. When my wife first brought hers in and said the touch screen wasn't responding, they didn't even laugh when they peeled the clear film off the screen. LOL! Nice helpful folks!
