What stood out the most was that unlike a shop we visited yesterday (I won't name it, but it's in Hickory), my son wasn't followed around by the owner/staff like he was up to no good (my son is 2 months shy of 7 at the time of this, and he kept his hands in his pockets most of the time, so I'm not sure why that person felt the need to make me uncomfortable by following my kid and getting wide-eyed every time he pointed to something or touched anything). Text me a picture so I did and then he quit responding after that. he said I'll have to call you back tomorrow. The Medicare insurance coverage is so complicated and you have to have someone who knows what they are doing and knows the insurance. She knew what kind of insurance we needed and helped us get the best coverage at a good price. She will never steer you wrong.

We needed it Saturday and we were not able to return it until Monday morning because they are closed on Sunday. When I picked it up I paid the daily fee of $6, no Id asked for just my name and address. I brought it back on Labor Day morning and was expecting to be charged additional days, but no! What friendly staff. I went back in a couple days later and they actually remembered my name! Get that at Walgreens or CVS. They have medical equipment for sale or rent and a full compounding pharmacy. Very knowledgeable and polite.

CVS would take a half an hour, or better. A prescription that normally cost $128 was $26, with their Rx savings card. I moved all of my prescriptions there.
