I wasn't really looking for anything other than an excuse to get out of the heat. A young man named Josh walked over to the watch case I was perusing and offered assistance. It's been many years since I have worn a watch, I carry another device in my pocket that serves the same purpose. They sure did look shiny in the display case though. Josh offered to show me whatever caught my eye, and was very helpful in explaining the differences between the watch types. Wow, who knew that there were watches that ran off solar? Maybe everybody else, but I had no clue. After 20 minutes, I selected a fine piece of Citizen timekeeping and was on my way. Everyone in the shop was very friendly that day, as they were when I returned with my Wife yesterday. I decided to have a link removed from the band, which Josh completed for me within a minute or two. While I was speaking with Josh, Mr. Arnold showed my Wife the latest in engagement sets. We have been married for 26 years, and unless she knows something I don't, we won't be getting engaged again. Mr. Arnold was very gracious and kind, and gave me some great ideas for upcoming holiday gifts. Shelby is about 90 minutes from our home, but for service like they offer, Arnold's will get my business.
