This should have been caught before listing it as available, and it wasted my time and gas. Trying to give them another chance, I placed an order to have the console shipped instead. When it arrived, the Xbox button on the console was broken and wouldn't press properly. So again, I received a damaged product. What's worse is that despite these two separate issues--one in-store and one from their warehouse--GameStop has refused to offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience. GameStop needs to hire people who actually love doing their job. I've avoided gamestop for years because of bad service. I see nothing has changed. I'm a die hard TMNT fan and saw this devil company had the neca tmnt figures exclusively for them. Anyways, ordered them online and for no reason my order was cancelled, even though I have a pending charge in my bank account. I then Decided to go to a GameStop that said they have them in stock. Yeah, shows how bad I want these. I walk in and the guy asks "can I help you find anything?" I start talking and the employee wasn't even listening to me. So this time i simply say "do you have the neca tmnt" he said "nope they're for preorders" i then said "website shows you have some in stock" he then responds with an attitude "like I said we have them for people who PREORDERED!" Then they shouldn't show they're in stock if they're technically sold already. I first stopped coming here cause they sold the Batman Arkham CE game that I preordered! When I went to go pick them up up on Thursday (2/7/19) I was told the store Manager decided to sell MY figures on Tuesday (2/5/19) even though the release date was not till Wednesday (2/6/19, I have 48hrs from the release day to be able to pick them up which would give me till Friday). Some employees are nice... others are just plain weird. Ive been in here a lot and most of the time I see the employees talking amongst each other and they are so loud, you can hear their conversations through the whole store. They need to learn how to be more respectful of the customers in the store and learn how to be professional, this manager or supervisor who is always there is always so loud and he's the reason I don't like going, (he wears glasses). I have also noticed he's always the one who is starting the conversations... One time I saw him talk badly (not professional) manner to a 12-14 year old kid. I don't think his tone was acceptable, I almost said something to the employee but I didn't want to get into an argument. But I will always remember the way he talked to that kid, I just didn't think it was necessary, nor helpful, let alone professional. read more

They have an awesome cell phone display! The entire time there, I got to see what the back of the employees phones looked like as they couldn't stay off them long enough to help. Overpriced and the knowledge base is terrible. At least with most Game Stops you get some employees who play games and know something about it. Not here. I've seen way better Gamestop locations in the past where they actually care in what you are looking for. The serviced I received was moderate if not less than average. The prices were around the same as all Gamestop locations. I liked that some of the employees actually knew what they were talking about and they explained everything well. However, there were some employees who were less enthusiastic to be there. Looking at other reviews, I can see that this is an ongoing issue. This place does have its pros but it has its cons as well. I would suggest probably driving a little extra just to go to another gamestop. read more
