They have always gone above and beyond to explain the products they have and any recommendations that they may have. Everything we have purchased from this location (Hammond location) has been well worth the price. And their prices are pretty much the same as anywhere else you can think of going or even ordering online. I recommend going here first before taking a trip down to either NOLA or BR just to see if they have what you are looking for. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because their store just so happens to be smaller and does not have the amount of options other larger stores have to offer. However, they are the cleanest and most helpful of them all.

So they call me the next day saying it was $140 to fix and will be done the same day, but I can get a new one for $180 so I said that's ok, I'll just come pick it up and send it into Microsoft. Then the lady tells me it will be two weeks before they can put it back together. That's crazy. So if I was getting it fixed it will be same day but since I'm not spending anymore money I have to wait two weeks. I went up there the next day to talk to the manager to see if he could help and I gave the lady in the front my ticket and she said come back after 4 and it will be put back together. So I go in at 4:30 and this lady is asking for my ticket. I told her... remember I gave it to you?! She said no ticket no xbox. Finally they let me have it after I showed my id. This place is a major scam. I was shocked at there customer service. I wouldn't be surprised if they had a online store with other people's stuff that was left there because it seems they charge high price in hopes you just leave it there. I hope they put it back together properly. I can't believe there in business. Very shady!

It didn't really fix the issue but convinced me it's a product issue not a screen issue. Well shortly after my HDMI port stopped working. AV electronics called again. Then the flood hit which delayed things but eventually we got together. I had moved the TV to climate controlled storage due to the flood. He wanted to fix it in my storage unit but it was to small. He took it to his shop. He also offered to keep it until I could bring it home. All together he had the TV for about 3-4 weeks. He dropped the TV off at my house. When I plugged it in and turned it on the screen had been damaged. It also looks as though there is a major problem with the motherboard, which is what he replaced. I went to his shop, he said it was my problem and there was no way he damaged the TV. So now I have a 3 month old $2,000 TV with an internally cracked screen and a bad motherboard. Basically a paperweight. When I went to talk to him he became rude and dismissive. I called LG and they put us on a 3 way call, during which he contradicted himself and insisted that I must have broken the TV. I'd stay away from here, I just wanted him to work with me to get it fixed, he didn't. I'll update the review if anything changes.

I queued in line at 11 around the time they started selling for walk ins to a small but lengthy line. At around 1 pm this same man told me that they were sold out. He wasted my time by lying and telling me they'd have enough, over exaggerating their stock and not giving me a set number. He invited me to come back later in the week and call about availability because they'd be ordering more to arrive within a few days but i'd rather not give them any of my business based on this interaction.

My nerdiness was right at home, surrounded by board games, card games, video games, and comics. Additionally, you can rent or buy movies and their selection is extremely well curated. I was lucky enough to find a storage box that will work perfectly for my Star Wars Destiny set (wasn't kidding about the nerdiness). They also had an impressive set of Pop vinyl figures. I believe they also host game nights which is another reason this store is a great addition to my old hometown. The owner was extremely friendly as well. I will definitely be stopping in every time I'm home to visit family. P.S. It looks like the location attached to this listing isn't where the shop is located now.

I know the owner will think im making excuses but i brought it in the first time for no hdmi…read morepicture... okay they repaired it.........so say........i get it back to to my house now the bluetooth to my controller doesnt work which it did before Columbus touched it.......i brought it in an they fixed the problem......i come to pick it up an go home an it turns on again from my controller but now i have no hdmi video(first problem) again....called an they said bring it in under warranty...i show up an bring it in today an tell the employee (molly or holly with red curly hair) that its doing the same thing as the first time an i told them I haven't tore it apart sonce columbus touched it.......so she said "well they tested it an said it worked" so i said test it now.........im sure all of this is on camera but she plugged everything up an it didn't work so she had to wiggle it for 1-2 minutes until it did BUT i shouldn't have to wiggle it for it to work but she said "well if it comes on in the store we can't warranty it" so i replied pull it out an plug it again but she stood there looking confused but hey I understand gotta protect your employees an the look of the company right well when i got home it still has no picture as I predicted it......i don't recommend these people an this is why i should have done my own repairs in the first place nor will these people touch any of my electronics equipment again.........
