This is only about the cafe. I asked for an Iced Chai Latte, and I said it tastes like milk water. They put "another pump" in, and when I asked them to remake it, all three young ladies behind the counter rolled their eyes at me. I asked in the most polite way and was refused. This is not the first time that people behind the counter have refused to make Starbucks quality recipes, and this is my favorite Barnes and Noble otherwise. The other B&N in Baton Rouge moved and doesn't have a cafe at all. All in all, things seem to be sliding into bad quality and with teenagers and 20 year-olds eye-rolling me (and a college professor who works with people these same ages for the last 20 years), someone a lot less patient than I may be more assertive in how atrocious my drink was.
