Apparently, Vision Source decided to cancel my appointment without talking to me. Preferring to tell me in person that I am too poor to be seen there. Was it fun to try to humiliate me in person with a haughty attitude when I asked why I couldn't just pay cash for my appointment? I was also refused the possibility of rescheduling my appointment, because "their system was down." What an incredibly condescending and horrible experience. I was just trying to get my eyes examined so I could have surgery. I was the victim of extreme domestic violence- I have a complicated case and partial blindness. It's hard to get up the courage to go to an eye doctor to have my trauma addressed. Prepare to be humiliated and treated poorly by office staff if you have had any domestic violence related injury. I walked out of that office bawling, in tears, after finding out that my appointment had been cancelled. What a horrific experience.

I go in get tht done and here it is another week and still no word abt when lenses will be ready. Paid in full and after a full 5weeks. Still no product. A little pissed off because this was my second option for glasses and now I'm wondering why I don't stay with valley vision instead. Hoping my glasses are in this week so I can see better the ever!!

Customer Service TOC is focused on ensuring the customer is very satisfied with the final product. I would highly recommend TOC to anyone desiring to install a home office. The product is fantastic, at a deep reduction compared to California Closets. I compared TOC to three other sources - California Closets, IKEA, and Dania Furniture. No one came close to product, price and integrated design.
