I knew I wanted my own equipment to ski comfortably and apparently it's changed a bit since I went in the 90's lol. Greg showed me several different boots, measured my foot, gave me pointers on picking ski's and the difference of each style, level of ability, width...which was really helpful. He spent at least 20 minutes after I picked the boots I wanted fitting them to my foot so they fit like a glove. Haven't decided whether I'll rent or buy ski's yet but I know I won't regret getting these boots and will be back when I figure out how often I'll be skiing. This store has been around for ages and I highly recommend getting your athletic gear from them. You won't find the great customer service that they provide at the online stores.

It was a process selecting the right bike and Nolan was very patient, showing us everything that might work for my nephews upcoming junior triathlon. When I pointed out that my choices were to trust them to tell me if it was done wrong (hahaha) or accept the fact that even if correctly installed, the product is crap, I got a shoulder shrug. They couldn't care less. I've been doing business with them since the 80's when Doug Eyer ran the Pullman store. These jack wagons don't give a wit about customer retention or standing by the products they sell. They obviously have all the business they want. Take yours elsewhere. Terrible shop.

I purchased this bag of Nutrena Dry COB from Cascade Farm Store on March 3rd 2024 to feed to my…read moremilk goats and babies. It is moldy and crumbly. I have brought this issue to the attention of the store manager in the past and obviously they do not care since they just keep stocking it. I don't know of any animal that it is safe to feed moldy feed to. Horses will colic, Cows and goats will bloat. Serious ailments that can result in death. Yet Cascade continues to stock this feed and charge premium prices for it. Just a warning to future customers that like to feed dry COB. It breaks my heart that a local feedstore would stock a product that is actually a danger to people's animals.

A friend and I went by van ride up to the launch in Wallowa and went forward into the wilderness of the Blue mountains. This is geologically beautiful country with magical rock formations thronged by big horn sheep - we saw a group of 20 that entertained us across the river at camp. The fishing was fantastic. Half of the fish were around 14 inches up to right around 20 inches. These are highly capable broad-shouldered fish. Captain Grant, Captain Bobby, and First Mate Callen capably led our expedition. The well-trained and yet affectionate dogs put a cherry on top. Highly recommended. I effing love Oregon. They have a rail ride too.
