Customer service. My child purchased a game and was not able to use it because you need to subscribe to the internet. Which you have to be on the internet already to play the game. The package say much have internet but it doesn't say internet is to subscription to play the game. Went back to return the game and just wanted to change the game for another but was not given the value of the purchase towards another game we didn't request any money refund. The money was staying at the store. My child paid $30.00 and was given back 13.00 dollar. The game was never played nor subscribed too. The store literally stole money from a child and your people should let children know that they are buying to subscribe to a game. The actually game is not on the disk. Not a nice thing to do to a child. Once of the reason this world is so screwed up, no kindness and teaching. read more

I purchased an oculus quest two from this game stop I purchased it on February 19, 2022 today is February 21, 2022 and the manager Ally scammed me completely the oculus started at $299 and by the time I got out of there I spent almost 400 because the employees wanted to push a warranty down my throat which I ended up buying ultimately I purchased the oculus and I was getting headaches decided to return it maybe find something else I like And she unprofessionally called me a liar and told me that my oculus quest two was never at the store when I have receipts and it's been less than 48 hours I highly recommend you don't purchase anything from this GameStop location or else you'll end up like me out $400 and nowhere to go very unprofessional rude and store manager ally had the audacity to say I'm lying and didn't purchase the VR headset from there with that being said don't spend your money here God for bid you have an issue with the product you will be absolutely screwed thank you Allie for the most unprofessional GameStop experience I've had to deal with . read more

I've been going to this GameStop for over 8 years and It's the best GameStop I've been to. It has a larger assortment of games and lower prices then most other GameStops. The staff is great and always helpful. read more

Staff is VERY helpful and knowledgeable! They always help me out with the best discounts available to me. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the meager savings on used games. Not the staffs fault but the store would do much better if they had more promotions and better prices on their used games or at least gave their members a much better deal. read more

This company is by FAR the WORST place to deal with. They are EXTREMELY disorganized, a condescending lady who doesn't tell u everything to get business then acts like she doesn't care about it and don't even let me get started on the GARBAGE online version where u never get a USA rep in the country and get sent over to the philipines or other country where ur constantly hung up on, don't understand what ur saying nor they understand what ur saying, clearly show they don't care about u or ur orders or ur problems THEY cause, etc.. These people went into my credit card withOUT my permission to pay for a game when i had CREDIT with them they were supposed to use to begin with, for example. Then when i call to get the credit back on a gift card, no one see's the credit. This after almost 30 reps in a weeks period. YES i am NOT exaggerating. HOURS of calls, hang ups, time wasting and NO fix. I will NEVER buy from this company again. It's no WONDER there very OWN employees post lots of you tube videos on the crooked ways they do business. I am glad they are gonna go out of business soon. They EARNED that and deserve it. I have several issues with this crooked company and NONE of them have gotten resolved because of what i stated above. They are made to make things EXTRA hard for u to solve after they do crooked things against ur acct or orders. I will shop at best buys and target for my games from now on. Pretty good place, 2017 now and they really improved since the last time it was reviewed on 'Yelp' so I thought I'd review. Great people, lots of knowledgable ones as well as fun ones. A couple years ago they did have issues with bad staff but now they're great! read more

I called to check on a game, I was given one price, then when I went in I got another. Both of the guys working at the store seemed like they would rather be some place else. They did not seem like they wanted to be at the store. The worst part about this store is the trade ins. They do not give you anything for your trade in. Only 5% of the time these people are okay. However, I've been a patron of their wares since I moved nearby in 2011 (and because the other store may not have the same wares). Mostly the newbies will make small talk and be nice, but all of the older employees won't bother. Overall, the best this store can ask for is a 1-star rating. read more
