I went to this location trying to locate a ps2 audio visual cable. I spoke with the store manager her name was SARAH she informed me that the cable was 17.95 + tax I asked her were there any discounts if I purchased other items or if they price matched. She quickly and very rudely informed me that I wasn't at a pawn shop and they don't give discounts. I was guick to pint out that I was very much aware that I wasn't in a pawn shop. I left feeling disrespected. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint. I went home and ordered the same cable off of ebay for 3.79 so in the end I saved money. The store is very clean and well stocked. A possible change in management might be called for, and if that would happen I would recommend this location. The rest off the staff was very helpful and courteous and very apologetic about the managers rude behaviour.

The big black girl asked if the website sent me to the store. I said no and I could return online purchase before. She refused to take my return. So I came back home to go through the return process and printed out the return slip. I went back (two hours after my initial visit) and gave them the return slip. The big black girl still refused to accept the return and said that I had to go online to get a shipping label to ship it back. So I went to another GameStop and returned the items without any problem. Basically, this lazy GameStop employee didn't want to do her job and consistently to be an a***hole to customer. On my second trip, she was fairly rude to another customer as well. This is why GameStop is losing revenue. They hire crappy employees.

He relented when I asked for a refund but asked me how I felt knowing that someone else after me would miss out on the case. Laughably rude.
