They had the one item I was looking for, and the staff was helpful. Nice selection of used games too. Quick, easy visit--no complaints!

Well, well, well...my hubby and I went to game stop right next to Target today so he can switch his games out. The employee was helping two other men in the store when we arrived, we were never greeted or acknowledged by the employee there the entire time. It was evident my husband needed assistance but the employee continued to talk to the two customers there knowing my husband was standing in line. Anyways, we left and will never return back there again. Poor customer service. I only gave it two stars bc the store was clean. read more

I have not shopped at this Gamestop for a while, and I will never shop here again either. I purchased three games from this store and two of them worked properly. The third one wouldn't even turn on. So, I went back to the store to return to faulty game and the guy working there named Seth would not exchange the game for another one. He claimed that my Xbox destroyed the disc that is why it didn't work, and when I argued that that was not the case he pretty much told me that I was a liar. He would not refund my game, but said that Gamestop would buy it back for fifty cents. I was pretty upset, but I ended up selling the game back to Gamestop and buying another copy that cost $5.00 minus the 50 cents. The cost of the game is trivial but the level of disrespect is not. I'm not sure if this idiot Seth still works here, but if he does then I recommend that his manager fire him immediately. He is the type of guy who will drive customers away from the business as he has done with me. read more

When I saw the awning for video rental I literally started screaming for my husband to stop there. What is so great about Theater Time is not only the awesomeness of the old school video rental experience, not the piles of movies on sale for an extremely generous price but the gentleman who runs the establishment. He is an older gent, a retired police officer, and just as sweet as pie. Again, McCaysville is a tiny place. Most of its revenue probably comes from visitors. This gentleman was extremely friendly, despite us being an interracial couple and the fact I have tattoos and piercings (all things folks usually feel like they will be judged for in small towns). 2.50 to rent a new release is a deal. I urge everyone to come support the long term businesses here owned by the locals and avoid the businesses by the transplants trying to change what makes it great. Theater time is one of such places.
