We preorder a lot of collectibles and have had more than our fair share of failing to call us when the articles come in. At best it's frustrating, at worse we miss a limited edition item. We were at Coronado Mall and stopped by to see what was in stock. The manager came up to us asked what we were looking for and let us know what was available for preorder. We explained our hesitancy with that and she assured us that letting people know when their stuff arrives is top priority. Ok let's give it a shot. So we ordered, paid the deposit and waited. When it came in we got a phone call, and the next time and the time after that. She's been true to her word. So this is now my go to. It's to the point where we walk in she's got the latest preorders and knows the phone number for our account. Reliability and great customer service gets the 5 every time. The stocks and preorders are the same. It's the employees that made the difference.
