Everytime I have gone to this location it has been a bad experience. The workers are cool but managment is horrible.

I stopped by this afternoon to ask for help with a game I'd purchased elsewhere. I was warmly…read moregreeted while I waited in line and was quickly helped. The gentleman behind the counter listened to my issues and had no problems helping me even though my game wasn't from his store. He was able to fix my game by cleaning it and even waited to see if I could play it properly before I left. I wasn't charged a dime even though I took up a good 5 minutes of his time. I'm not a huge gamer nor am I what would be considered the common target demographic for gaming, even so I wasn't ignored or treated badly. I really appreciate the time taken to help me with my problem and I think I've found my new gamer store. Thanks guys!!

I've held my tongue for a while; like years and I am certain that the "young men" are no longer…read morethere, at least I hope not. One January evening I took my autistic son to play D & D. When I picked him up, he was almost in tears. He wouldn't allow me to go in to discuss the issue and boy I wanted to. From what I understand, he was bullied by other players, very possibly the "hosts" of the game all because he needed help to determine the correct dice etc; in short he didn't understand and required some coaching. I wanted so badly to go in and read the riot act on whoever was there but my son asked me not to. My son has since passed and I need to get this off my chest. I dearly hoped that no other person with a disability is targeted by someone who is supposed to welcome everyone. As it was, there were no stipulations on the level of D & D knowledge of the participants. It is my hope that whomever coordinates a game night is trained to accept those who do not know as much as they do and are willing to assist those who are struggling to understand but want to learn. If not, then you have absolutely no business being in a societal, retail environment.
