I'm assuming the owner, was extremely rude, talking down on what I brought, the typical Buy/Sell/Trade rip off language. He wanted to buy it as a collection and I told him I wasn't interested to sell but wanted to trade. He low balled on everything. I was willing to do a trade but when he couldn't find anything he wanted for the last $2, and I was like what about these 3 GBA games (worth $25 combined) he opened a draw full being like I already have a lot, alrighty. This dude doesn't care about the clients. He cares more to enrich from ignorant gamers, there was zero customer service tact. It was all about this isn't good so I'm going to give you nothing for it. I was going to be a long life client however I took everything and left. I'm never coming back here. Go here if you want to get ripped off. Honestly. Sell your games on FB marketplace don't let this fool profit from you when he claims the trade I wanted wasn't worth it. When I was clearly trading $80 worth of games for $25 game. I've had it with places like this. There are legit buy/sell/trade places out there that care about your experience. AVOID AT ALL COST. It seems like there just aren't a lot of places to buy movies anymore, at least not physical…read morecopies. Thankfully vintage stock exists though! For a recent Halloween party, I decided that I wanted to give away a Halloween movie or two as part of a costume contest prize. I'll admit I don't even really buy movies much (not even with streaming), but when I have I've gone to Walmart or something. Well it turns out they didn't really have the movies I was wanting in stock, and I got nervous about where else I could possibly buy a physical movie... Then I remembered this place! I came here once with my brother and mom to look for some video game thing my brother wanted as a gift or something, and I remembered that they sold a good selection of movies. The people were very nice there too. Before I went all they way to the store, I wanted to actually make sure they even had the movies I was wanting. So, I called the store to see if they had them in stock. The worker I talked to was helpful. He was able to check on both movies easily. It did take him a few minutes to track them down, so I'm guessing they maybe don't have the best/ most advanced system in place, but I was still able to get an answer. I was super happy that they had both movies I wanted for the prize! I had them put the movies on hold for me, thinking I'd run in later that day to pick them up, but I lost track of time and that didn't happen. Luckily, they hold things for up to three days, so when I went in a day or two later they still had them ready for me! It was super easy to just walk in, give my name, pay, and walk out with the movies. One other interesting thing about Vintage Stock movies is that some are new and others are used movies. For the two movies I got, I ended up with one of each. At first I was reluctant about the used one, but when I asked if the quality was still good (since it was sort of a gift, after all) they told me that they check to make sure that everything is still in good shape. The movie prices are similar to other places, maybe a little cheaper, and especially if you get one of the used versions. I'll definitely remember this place if I ever need to buy a movie not online again!

I have been on a search for a specific Pop vinyl Batman character for almost a year. One of the employees, (I did not catch his name, but I need to find out to give him credit) asked me what I was looking for. He searched their database and found it at a different store and asked them to hold it for me to pick up. I visited on 4/13 around 3pm. The workers here are great. I wish more places had the service they do here.

So he had to come out behind the counter to assist me. After the third time of striking out on the toys of interest, kid behind the counter made a snide remark, "Is there any other cases you would like me to unlock so you can look at things you are not going to buy?" WTF?!?! Passive aggressive much dude? My g/f was mad I didn't let her know about what he said. She wouldn't have patroned this place and bought toys for the kids. So don't ask to look at any toys that are locked behind cases, unless you are willing to roll the dice and purchase as is. Horrible experience!!!
