The manager Ashley is very rude and has bad customer service skills and just gets an attitude with everybody. The rest of her crew and her like talking about customers behind their back while you're in the store. She's very snippy when you're trying to explain something. She shouldn't even be a manager. I had to take my business to another GameStop because of how rude her and her crew was. I would definitely recommend never going there unless you like rude ignorant people I would recommend the mall GameStop or southside GameStop on south Oates. I plan on reporting their store to corporate. Because everytime we go in there to shop she just has an attitude and treats customers like crap just like the other two working with her.
