THIS was a GENIUS idea it was great to see who had what and it made talking to others so EASY!. We first visited City Oyster, they were all so friendly but not only that you get to a plate of kale salad, coconut shrimp and clam linguine. Next stop only was right next door to the Buddha Sky Bar. I have always walked past this restaurant just never walked in.. And it was BEAUTIFUL it was a place that I would go to on a "first date" type of night. The hospitality here was INCREDIBLE so sweet, fun, and always smiling. The server we had was Pat she was so nice. They already had their edamame with truffle oil and sea salt on the table, then came out with sake for us to try. This was my first time trying sake (I don't think ill be having it again) haha. But next was their Pineapple Fried Rice I RECOMMEND IT, so amazing,. Finally the Fire Roll, it looked so fishy I don't normally try sushi with raw fish on the top, however this time I did, and I didn't taste the fishy taste at all. it was PERFECT. After that there was Janet she is the Maitre D she gave us a tour of Buddha Sky Bar I NEVER KNEW how much more was at the restaurant. Now we were off to The Original Popcorn House this is the cutest little red house. We were all so lucky because normally they are closed on Monday but opened just for our tour. Denise made this stop to show us the "behind the scene" of how the popcorn was being made, and to do a popcorn and wine pairing. I know popcorn and wine?!?! BUT it worked we tried white, red, and sparkling wine with a specific type of popcorn flavor that paired well with the wine. Denise knew exactly what she was talking about on each specific wine. HONESTLY AN AMAZING EXPEREINCE!! We then had a quick stop at The Colony Hotel and Denise told us about the history of Delray Beach, and how this is the only hotel that still has a man working the elevators. Continuing on we ended up at 50 Ocean they served us the Sea Devils & Prosecco. We left and walked to Pizza Rustica, trying their S'Mores Pizza was to die for!!! It was a Perfect Dessert for the end of this tour. This was my first tour and definitely WON'T be my last. Denise through out the whole tour connected with every one, and always had fun and interesting facts! When my family was embarking on a cruise from Fort Lauderdale, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to introduce my own kids to the Jungle Queen. It's a short boat ride that takes you through the canals behind the mansions and quasi-famous homes on the water. Your guide on board will tell you about the homes and landmarks you pass en route. There is a bar on board, so no need to sail sober! LOL There are also a few snacks for purchase. The air movement on the boat keeps you from getting too warm, even when the sun is blazing, but don't forget your sunscreen. There's no bad seat aboard. All in all, it's a nice little boat ride if you're looking to get outside and burn some time in Fort Lauderdale. There is a string of food shops along the waterfront outside the entrance, so you can plan to grab lunch or dinner before or after your ride. We really enjoyed our trip, but I'm deducting one star due to the boat traffic (which I know they cannot really help). Maneuvering around all the other drunks in their watercraft was kind of a drag.

I don't think we would've had the same experience had he not been our host. We did the Upside Down room at 9pm, and it was certainly hard (all the difficulty levels were listed on their website), but Ian was so incredibly patient, kind and helped us through the clues whenever we were stuck. After the 60-minutes, we were nowhere near escaping in time, and Ian let us keep playing the game until we finished, even though it was already incredibly late and he could have kicked us out at any time (which a lot of other people probably would have). The room itself was super thematic. Dark, moody, ambient, even had sound effects. I will absolutely be coming back to Cloak and Dagger to attempt the other rooms. There were delays in the props that caused…read moreconfusion among us, and we couldn't tell whether they were delayed because they were broken, because of something we did, or if they were manually triggered by our gamemaster. She had informed us before we started that she "really didn't give a fuck", so if it was manual, I imagine it was because she wasn't paying attention to what we were doing. Many things in the room either were not intuitive to solve or straight up made no sense, and we received zero explanation as to what we missed at the end despite asking. Also several parts of the room were able to be opened/accessed but were sticky or resisted our efforts, so of course we assumed they were not functional clues since the number one rule of all escape rooms is if it's not budging then don't force it (since it's usually just room decor). This also ate into our time and caused general confusion. Overall I don't think it's likely that we would return here to try another room.
