I found GAME RUNNER while searching online, and believe me, I called SEVERAL companies. Game Runner was by far the most competitive price, and the only company I called that could confidently answer all of my questions. I believe the owner himself answered the phone each time I called. The booking process was simple- a simple credit card deposit, and the balance is paid about a week prior to the event. GAME RUNNER arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled start time, and set up. Once they were set up, we couldn't keep the kids out of there! It was a bit weird hosting a kids party- with no kids!! They were all safely tucked away inside the truck playing video games! There were 3 team members that came with the truck- and they asked what type of games we were OK with (shooting, blood, etc, etc) They sanitized the kids hands when they arrived inside the truck- and the inside of the truck was immaculate!! It was well air conditioned and ventilated and lit like an arcade- super cool! First, the truck arrived nearly 30 minutes late, and setup took so long that the kids didn't begin playing until almost an hour past the scheduled start time. The attendant was completely inattentive, sitting in his personal vehicle while I had to supervise the kids myself--something I should not have had to do after hiring a professional service. The truck advertises that it can accommodate 24 players at once, but it could not even handle 12 children playing together. Rather than actively managing the kids' experience, the attendant simply said, "you can take turns, switch every 15 minutes" before leaving the trailer and sitting in his truck for over an hour. The kids were left confused and frustrated, and many--including my son--gave up and stopped playing because of the lack of organization. After an hour of this, I had to go up to his truck window to get his attention and ask him to return to help the kids fix their games. When he finally re-entered the trailer, he blasted music so loudly that the kids couldn't hear each other, making the environment even more chaotic. The worst part? When I reached out to the company afterward to share my concerns, they were completely defensive and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility, they insisted that their service was fine because it had worked at other events. They implied that my complaints weren't valid and even included an unprofessional remark in their email, stating "that's not reality" when I described my experience. That level of customer service is completely unacceptable. After multiple exchanges, they offered a mere $100 refund, which does not come close to compensating for the disastrous experience they provided. When I declined their inadequate offer and requested fair compensation, they simply declared the matter closed--another sign that they do not value customer satisfaction. I have worked with other gaming truck companies before, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. Other companies have provided engaged staff, adequate equipment to support far more children gaming all together and a well-organized gaming environment--all things that were completely lacking in this experience. Do not waste your money on this company. If you're looking for a professional, stress-free gaming experience for your child's event, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

She was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to fulfill my many special requests. At first, I worried given the policy is to prepay the entire amount, but it all worked out without a single problem. On the day of our party, the truck arrived an hour before my start time. This gave them plenty of time to set up, organize, and be ready for the kids. The gaming area inside was sanitized and organized. All of the remotes and games were in perfect condition. We only had about ten kids comfortably in the truck, but it probably fits double the amount. Needless to say, the kids had a great time. Actually, even the adults played and got into the spirit!
