They seem to do a good trade in second-hand consoles and some of the rarer, collectible stuff and sell lots of Japanese imports. If the shop isn't too busy, they'll happily plug in a game for you to try, or just let you have a go on whatever they've been playing when they didn't have customers. The owner has been trading games in Cambridge for as long as I can remember, must be 15 or 20 years now. Customer service is very good, if you do buy a second-hand game which doesn't work properly, they refund or replace with no fuss at all.

Eventually the man hands back the RAM and refuses to take it in, as he 'couldn't find out what type it was'. Only redeeming quality of this place is that their items are cheap & reliable. When I went in there the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Which is definitely more than I can say for their Cambridge store in the Great Arcade!! There's a great range of gaming consoles and games, both new and secondhand. And to entice you back, the company has a loyalty card scheme where you get credits towards your next purchase each time you buy something in the store. Which means that what you end up paying often ends up being a lot cheaper than what you thought it would be. Bonus!

They have a really good selection of games for all models of console, including the most up to date releases, all at fair prices. They also have a really good system where you can trade in your old consoles and games, against new ones, and others can then buy pre-owned games and consoles at bargain prices. This is well worth a look if you want to buy something as you can save loads of money this way. The shop is quite big, and staff are helpful but because it is very popular you often have to queue to pay. Game do a loyalty card as well, so you can collect points everytime you buy something.
