My Event was at the end of August 2024. Highly recommend this family business…read more Service: Communicative attentiveness, availability was great. The game coaches were excellent and their professionalism, service and cleanliness were top notch. Guests absolutely loved the snow cone machine (8 flavors) and were served by the game truck team. They provided about 8 chairs for exterior gaming. On a hot day, I suggest putting up canopies for the "extras" you may order from them, plus guests (parents) who might want to hang near the truck. GameTruck: The truck/trailer needs at least 3 car lengths of space in front of a residence. Game selection was excellent across all platforms and satisfied 6yo - 14yo players. Cool mood-setting RGB lighting in the interior. Clean and excellent condition physical space and hardware. Mixed feedback from guests about the A/C but my b-day boy said he was perfectly cool. Service Acquisition: Business was conducted 100% over the phone. Told owner that my discovery and background knowledge was via Yelp. As such, service area limitation premiums $$ and travel fees were not referenced nor communicated in the procurement conversation. The business educated me about them after invoice was provided. Please ask for the distances as they differed - at the time - from the website I was told about on payment day (event day).

They were so nice and quick to respond. The prices were actually better than all the other games trucks I received quotes on. All the other ones wanted a lot more money for fortnight and other games. I was happy I went with this company. There were so awesome and very friendly on the phone. They answered all the questions I had and made sure to remind the people that came That day that it was a surprise. They were on top of calling me to let me know 10 min before they showed up so I could prepare for the surprise. The surprise was awesome! My niece and her friends loved the game truck! Even all the adults had a blast playing! Anytime one of the older people screwed up something.... They were always right there to help us fix our mistakes or showed us how to play, since some of them are not normal every day gamers. I loved that it was air conditioned especially since it was summer. The gentleman that showed up were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely hire them again. It was a blast!

The only positive thing I can say is that they were on time and that communication with the owner was great. I was able to reach him via phone easily and calling to reserve was also easy. Now during the party, there were problems with connectivity. There were games that the kids were not able to play because it took a long time to update. And there are problems with using the monitor, seems like we cant use all of it because it logs off because it gets overloaded. When I asked the driver, he said he doesn't know and he points to the kid that was with him to answer. Also, I have issue with both the driver and the kid playing. I mean they are there to work and help but it seems that help is not readily available. My nephew asked for help and he gets dismissed, so my brother in law stepped in and that's when they want to help. Not so professional. As for connectivity, I was told that our area had weak connection but isn't it part of the mobile game truck to make sure that the bandwidth/internet is strong so no matter where you go, there will always be a good connection that way the kids can play the games. Its not like we get discount because we are not able to play most of the games. We pay the price that was set so we also expect that we get the right product and service.
