Dr G. has been treating my pets for 15+ years. I had a Pug with major lower back issue. After surgery and much scar tissue I took him to Dr. G who kept him walking for his last 5 yrs. Chiropractic care was recommended to me 30 years ago by a physician and I had really good results, but the Chiropractor moved away. Years later, I moved to El Segundo and found Dr. Gambucci who has helped me so much over the years. He's knowledgeable, honest, gentle and really good. I tried two others close to my work just because I thought it would be good to continue adjustments and it was easier. In both cases, they adjusted patients in large rooms where several people were getting adjusted at the same time and I am definitely not a fan - In March I started having some knee pain and my HMO Doc told me to lose weight (I have about 25 pounds to lose). When I said I was holding on to the staircase to help me walk, I was referred to a Rheumatologist but by the time I got the referral, I ended up in Urgent Care where they took xrays and found no arthritis at all. Back to square one. With knee pain and a body out of balance, I managed to throw my back completely out and went back to Dr. Gambucci today. I walked in the office not able to stand up straight and while I have a couple more treatments ahead of me, I left walking straight and with more mobility in my back and my knee than I walked in with. I use to be scared to chiropractors but after my first workout injury my husband brought me to Dr. Gambucci where he is a regular client. I was scared at first but the doctor was patient, he explained what he was doing, he was gentle and best of all I walked out with my injury 90% healed. I have had the should injury before so I know it takes a week for me to heal but after one treatment I was healed. 4 weeks later a combination of working out and moving caused a back I just so painful I could not walk. I drove 45 minutes from my new house in Pasadena to see Dr. Gambucci in El Segundo. Next day I was 80% better. 2 days later I was back at the gym. I honestly don't understand why this place has as many stars as it does. Maybe they offer a deal or something for a Yelp review? Anyhow, my first time there and I waited A HOUR before I was even taken back. Each room I entered had a note posted about patience so obviously wasting patients' time is par for the coarse here. I was passed around to different rooms for different treatments for my neck and shoulder pain from a car accident. None of the 4 treatments I got seemed to actually do anything. But they managed to charge my insurance $143 for the appointment. I came to my appointment 30 minutes early to fill out the paperwork I knew was needed for a first time client. I have never been more disappointed with medical services and will not be recommending them. I was never called or connected to follow up for a second appointment. read more

I have called the 661-821-7012 "billing office" and left a voicemail and still not returned call. No automated system to pay. Furthermore, I wanted to make sure my claim had been processed through my insurance first and i have yet to get confirmation. I hardly know where to begin with how much pain I had in my left hip, after months of lugging a recently paralyzed 70 pound dog around over the course of several months - but it was bad, despite my high pain tolerance - to the point I barely walk, much of the time, even if I tried to assist with a cane or crutches. I had recently gone to a different Chiropractor in Santa Monica and got a basic adjustment, along with an insane charge. I got a bit of temporary relief, but within 24 hours, it was as if I hadn't gone at all and my next session was still 3 days away. I had been referred to Gambucci and decided to see if they had a walk-in opening. They found space for me within a couple hours and then took almost THREE HOURS to work on me, using all their arsenal, in an effort to start me on track to healing. That was 3 days ago and if I didn't know better, I'd just cancel the appointment I have later today, because I am literally pain free!!! Of course I do know better, so off I go - Try this place! I have been coming here for treatment for a couple years now after being recommended by my physical therapist and very highly recommend it! In fact, for the past several months I've been traveling up from Long Beach for adjustments because I didn't want to see anyone else. I've also continued coming in throughout the pandemic and have felt very safe as they are taking every precaution possible - the staff is vaccinated now, too. The whole staff is very friendly, they know everyone by name and always chat while setting things up. The doctor has helped me a lot with chronic back pain as well as dysfunction in several other joints and migraines. His adjustments are a lot more gentle than my previous chiro, but still get results, which I love. He also lets me know what he's going to do before doing a new adjustment and checks in frequently to make sure everything feels OK. He always listens to my concerns and spends as much time as he needs to adjusting me. I'm not one to rest even when I'm having pain, and I travel a lot making it difficult at times to get the consistency that would be ideal for treating some of my chronic issues, but he works around my lifestyle and does everything possible to keep me moving & pain free. From my first visit here, I've always felt like his only concern was helping me feel better and have never felt pressured to come in more often than was really needed, or to buy sessions in packages or purchase other products through the clinic as many chiropractors do.
