Based on how many photos I've seen of different menus, they change frequently. The restaurant has a full bar with beers on tap. Cocktail and beer 'specials' and happy hour. Our waitress Rylee was so sweet, friendly and capable. She asked where we were from and let us know their chef is from RI too! How does a chef from Little Rhody show up in Colby, KS? I ordered the Ceaser salad with salmon and my dining companion the Brisket sandwich. My salad was so fresh! The dressing is on the side, which I really appreciate because I forget to request it 'lightly dressed'. The salmon was 'blackened' and so flavorful. Cooked on the grill it had a bit of char. This was a very good meal. Fresh. Tasty. Healthy. The Brisket sandwich is kind of like a steak & cheese. You get to choose the cheese from 3 types and we added hot sauce (they have 2 kinds). Another very flavorful meal! The fries are made from fresh potato. Even after they got cold they are tasty! I could eat these all day. (I know they're not mine, I stole a few. Several.) Chef Henry came out and sat with us a few minutes until he was needed back in the kitchen. It was so much fun talking with him about his culinary journey and how he got to KS! As a special treat Rylee brought us a dish of their fried cauliflower appetizer sent by Chef. Sweet gibbly giblets, this cauliflower is SO GOOD! Like, even if you don't eat cauliflower, get this. It's like cauliflower candy. Healthy and so tasty. The restaurant is very casual dining with an upscale vibe. Bar seating, tables and booths. A mix of music from country to 40's plays in the background. Noise level is average (aka I can hear everyone without raising my voice). A very comfortable space. Parking is at the side of the building. The entrance is up a couple of steps from the parking area. There is a small vestibule then another set of doors to the restaurant. Meeting Chef Henry really made our night. His food is delicious and well prepared. You don't meet many RI-ers outside of RI. It's like a family reunion with a long lost cousin. Add in Rylee is a delight and we are so glad we stopped here for dinner.

Prices are fair, service is friendly, the menu is wide ranging (although I almost always get a Steak). Drinks are also a good value. Its a big upstairs space that is not obvious from the street where you might enter (off 4th fyi), that is divided into bar and dinning room spaces. Table service in both, same menu in both.
