A very rude manager with terrible customer service, took my laptop there to get fixed and his attitude was so unhelpful and rude.

CAREFUL. AVOID. I brought my external hard drive which I drooped. 1TB Western Digital with two partitions, one readable the other not readable. Not only they didn't recover any of the stuff I told them it was important to recover, they even gave me my hard drive back in worse condition as now I can not read any of the partitions. They charged me 100 eur for nothing and they refused to refund any money. Really incompetent people read more
