They NEVER ring you, they fob you off at every turn with a new excuse and their contact email address is as useful as a knitted condom. Their supposed manager does not respond to any emails, phone calls or queries I've placed in the shop. Staff claim he can't be rang, only texted. There are plenty of other options to get something repaired in town, if only I'd checked their reviews beforehand.
